We reserved a 28 passenger bus / limousine for our sons wedding rehearsal bus was to arrive at 4:45 PM I called a few minutes after inquiring about where the bus was they explain they needed to contact the driver and Would call me back. They called me back and said the driver was approximately a block away
A bit frustrated and anxious the driver pulled into the hotel location we boarded the bus.
We were in a rush as we had dinner reservations we asked the driver where the cups were located, as we had liquid refreshments for our trip to dinner and our trip home from dinner. Driver just inquired

My mother passed away and we needed transportation for our extended family to attend her memorial. My cousin tried to reserve a 30 passenger van for me. They took down the information and needed a credit card from me. So first they called me at 6 am and woke me up. Then they called back while I was at work and couldn't talk. That was a Friday. I called them on Monday and they told me that they had given the unit away to someone else. Don't expect these guys to cut you any slack - cash on the barrel up front or good luck. I rented the stretch limo for a very important and special celebration with my family. My contract says stretch limo! The owner and I had a conversation a few weeks prior to the outing regarding the possibility of the limo not being available. I made it VERY clear that I rented the stretch limo and did not want the Mercedes limo he was suggesting. I was assured he would figure it out and I would have the stretch limo!!
24 hours before our outing the owner called and gave some story about how it was not going to be back in time for our outing. I was extremely upset and at that point no other company

I just had a wonderful experience with Matthew from Presidential Limo. He was professional and so helpful! I made a very challenging work day bearable and helped coordinate travel plans when the weather in Madison was so bad--with all the flooding last night! I will definitely use this company again because of my experience!

I treated my daughter and friends to a limo for their Prom. They had a wonderful time! The driver was kind and very patient with their random requests for photo opportunities. The company was efficient and called me the day before and went over all the details. I highly recommend this company and I will use them again.

I rented a "stretch" limo from this place and I ended up with a party bus. When I asked for my money back bcuz i was given false information on what i was getting i was told this is a "Mercedes Benz limo... a fancy limo" and that I wouldn't get my money back. I decided to not ruin my son's 7th birthday party and we boarded the bus... while in the vehicle I look around to find stains on the seats and then my 10 year old step daughter tells me there's a cigarette in the cup holder so I tell her to take a pic for me only to see there's a joint in the cup holder! I contacted the owner and was threatened

Best in the business! I've been renting from Presidential Limo since 2010. Every year I am continually impressed with the professionalism of the staff. Safety is a critical component, especially when you are on a party bus of 25+ people, this company understands safety and it is their priority. I have and will continue to highly recommend Presidential Limo to my friends and colleagues.

I hired Presidential for my wedding party on the weekend of the Taste of Madison to shuttle guests back and forth from the nearby hotels to the Orpheum Theatre on State Street. This was not an easy fete given the foot and car traffic that weekend. My driver was extremely professional, and found a way to get everyone to the destination, despite the difficulties of the weekend.
Although the prices at first blush seemed high, once I shopped around and looked at other companies that did not include gas and tip charges in their base price, I realized that it was a good deal to go with Presidential

This is a terrible company! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I had already found a Limo from another company and the price was cheaper so I let Presidental Limo know this, "ROBERT" from Presidential Limo said they price matched. So I called the other company and declined their services, then I set up the times for my wedding with Presidential Limo. They said they would send us a contract, so I waited.....for a week. Then I finally called them back, and they were like, "Oh....we were thinking you didn't want the limo, we were waiting for a call from you.....I'm so sorry we already
