My front door key broke off in the lock. After watching You Tube I was able to retrieve the critical part of the key but no service In town was available to attempt copying the 2 halves of the key for a duplicate.
Ken was available to talk to me and the Home Depot Associate to validate my crazy idea to super glue the two halves together...which was just strong enough to gently use the machine to duplicate my key.
