Construction planning is no child's play, that's why The Flippin Designer uses over 20 years of experience to execute planning for residential and commercial projects. Extensive hands on experience in interior and exterior design has allowed TFD to formulate an effective to the point philosophy, "Design, Plan, Manage."

Working with Betsy and her team was a wonderful experience. She not only has high standards in craftsmanship and design she is resourceful in accessing the finest supplies and tradesmen to work on your project. She was always responsive to my needs and considerate of my budget and tastes. Her experience is evident is every suggestion she makes, her skill is incorporating your ideas into reality. We engaged Betsy & Rich to assist us with a remodel for our cottage in Michigan. They have been a pleasure to work with and what sets them apart is their flexible engagement model and remote consultation, design and end to end project management. I originally shared pictures with Betsy and used FaceTime to walk Betsy through our home. She focused on the look / style we were trying to achieve, first. Betsy then provided design ideas so we could quickly and collaboratively decide / finalize the overall style we envisioned. The next step was going through and providing a "look book" concept to share
