After coming out of a concert upstairs in the Avalon Theatre there was the undeniable aroma of cinnamon rolls nearby. I didn’t see any shop selling cinnamon rolls once we got to the ground floor and had a quick look at the food offerings. The shop was actually right under the escalators. When I sat down to enjoy my cinnamon roll I found it lacking in cream cheese frosting on top. To be fair, the man did ask if I wanted any toppings and I said no. It was still good with the cinnamon and brown sugar mixture between the rolls and the dough nice and soft.

This place used to be better. Buns aren't as fresh. And prices are extremely high now compared to only a year ago. They charged me $1.25 for extra icing.! Ironically they used to put more icing on the buns by default and now they've cut down on that so people are more inclined to order extra and pay for it. Paid almost $8 for one Bun and extra icing! Highway robbery!

Situated in a scenic location overlooking the santa maria in the west edmonton mall lagoon.
Staff is friendly in this clean, open air coffee/cinnamon bun place.
I had a cherry cinnamon bun which is a regular bun covered with cherry pie pilling and drizzled with cinnamon sauce.
Heaven on a plate.

Came to the mall a little too early to find this place was one of the few places open. Decided to give it a try since I usually see this place super packed in the afternoons.. Staff was really polite and friendly and let me know for just a few cents more I can upgrade and so I did. the cinnamon rolls were baked fresh and they were out in display since they had just opened. the icing is original, with a twist of something I can't get my taste buds around just yet. something I really liked specifically about these cinnamon rolls is that the roll itself is very much layered with icing so there

Incredible! Best cinnamon buns I've had in my entire life! Always fresh, and still hot right out of the oven.

Staff are always friendly, and price is reasonable.

I always make sure to grab one whenever I'm at the mall! And the frosting is to die for!

Seriously good cinnamon buns! Especially if you are lucky enough to get them when they are fresh out of the oven!! The West Edmonton Mall location is situated by the Santa Maria boat and is actually a nice spot to rest your tired feet!

If you like cream cheese icing on your buns, you better purchase a little extra container. Some of the buns do not have enough of their yummy icing on them.

You can purchase small or regular size buns, individually or pre-packaged. Their are also cinnamon twist sticks and mini buns.

The latest flavour is candy apple cinnamon buns. I will have to try these on

I have no idea how I have never noticed this stand sooner. It's a bit hidden in the mall, located by the ship.

They sell all types of cinnamon treats. Mini rolls, CinnaDippers, Twists, Cinnamon Shakerz and the list goes on. They have probably the best Cinnamon buns I have ever had. They are great to snack on while shopping but be warned you will become addicted. Once you get a taste you are going to start craving them, and then you will want to get some extra's to take home.. and soon you will find yourself making excuses to shop just so you can get your hands on them.

OK, you might

Cinnzeo cinnamon buns should be illegal - that's how good they are!

These are, by far, the best cinnamon buns I have ever had in my life.

I'm only giving them 4 stars though because I prefer the Southgate location to this one. I don't know why, maybe it's because it's less crazy. But both locations have amazingly delicious cinnamon buns. The icing is like a little piece of Heaven. I love love love it!

There is nothing else to say about Cinnzeo except, if you haven't been, you need to go. Immediately.

I came here for coffee once because Starbucks was too busy. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with the previous sentence? Let me break it down for you, I considered Starbucks first for coffee. Ugh! I hate Starbucks. Considering that this place was second choice to Starbucks...well that's got to tell you something. The coffee is pretty much as nasty as Starbucks only cheaper and they have a stamp card. I can't tell you anything about the cinnamon buns because I'm allergic to both cinnamon and cream cheese.

I have always loved Cinnzeo, not for the extra love handles they give me but for the intoxicating aroma of their cinnamon buns. Even when I pass by determined not to let them woo me, they still win me over with that smell. It's oh so good -- there is nothing like the scent of fresh-baked cinnamon rolls. Nothing! They're buns are really sweet because they pour icing all over, but I like it that way. You can't eat a cinnamon bun and skip out on the icing -- might as well go all the way! These are some of the best cinnamon buns I've ever had; they're sweet, soft, chewy, and

Cinnamon Buns...can be eaten for breakfast or a snack.
Cinnzeo...just by saying its name you know its a sin to eat here.
Ladies it will go to your hips and gentleman it will go the tummy.
But I find myself still coming back to this soft doughy sensation filled with brown sugar and cinnamon topped off with its Philadelphia Cream Cheese topping...so good.

They have small or large buns, mini buns, twisted knot like pastries as well. Wash ot down with either some coffee or juice they have.

This may not be good for your diet or anything, but once and a while, treat yourself...you only live once.
