Lawton Motorsports has less than helpful staff working at the parts desk. Came in for a battery today and the man working the parts desk gave me grief since I did not bring the old battery in with me. Asked why this was a problem since he could look up what I needed in his parts system and he decided to tell me in all his years of experience that he knows what he was doing. Customer service is not Carls strong point and can get better service from the local auto parts store. Won't be back to spend my money in this store again.

Friendly folks that will know where to point you, even if they don't have what you need! I went in for an off the wall 80s model valve stem, not knowing they are hard to come by, and the parts guy set me up with a different name brand as close as he could get and was ready to take it back if it didn't work. Then he showed me where to find one if the best they had wasn't enough, so above and beyond in my books.

My mother in law talked with a JT about selling her husbands motorcycle she had to work so my husband and I followed him over to drive him home. JT walked out and was nice enough on the initial introduction but went back in to get someone else and as soon as the stepped back outside they were nothing but rude and telling lies saying that it was misrepresented over the phone to them claiming they had been told it was in pristine condition which was never said. ATTENTION!!! If there was a way to give no stars it will be zero stars I came for a visit here in Lawton Oklahoma with my bike from California I bought my own tires they were just going to do front and rear they told me it will be ready the same day and then they said no until the next day I drop off my bike on Tuesday on Wednesday I called them to see if it was ready they didn't even started yet Thursday I called saying that I have to go back to California I had to speak with a manager there was no manager available but I spoke with a sales manager I told him it's been three days and

Went to their new location and everyone was friendly at first until I was finished looking at gear and was approached by a older man in a blue shirt who proceeded to ask me if I was interested in something or just "hanging out". I asked how low they could lower the R1 they currently have in the showroom and was rudely told only 1 3/4 inch. He didn't offer to look up the actual parts or anything. I won't be returning and only dealing with diamondback Harley Davidson. So sad that such friendly local faces are now gone.

These guys are dirt bags! Don't waste your time. They screwed my son out of a deal. He was going to put a deposit on a bike and they were cool with that....at first. Then someone else came in with the full amount so they went with him. Don't tell someone you are willing to take a deposit and hold the bike for two weeks then turn right around and sell it to someone else. Very unprofessional!

Update on Lawton Motorsports - We were told our title for one of our bikes would be ready yesterday - My Wife called and they said we don't have it and the Altus location doesn't have it either. So they have no clue where the title to the motorcycle is. Lawton Motorsports Store Manager says it is out of his hands and offers no explanation. My explanation is they got their money, screwed up the paperwork and will not admit or tell anyone they did so.

Both times I've had a Polaris at this dealership for work I've been extremely disappointed. This weekend I went in with my fiance and we were told we could bring in our Ranger on Tuesday for extended warranty work even though we bought it at Morris in Chickasha. Awesome! We have it dropped off this morning. Received a phone call asking for $411 to tear it down. We live in Cache, drove it all the way to Lawton, and now you're telling me I have to pay a diagnostic fee even though my service contract will cover that and the transmission issue? No. I do warranty claims and service contracts

The worst place to buy and service a motorcycle period, bought new zx10r and they left the oil bolt loose after the oil change, so I had oil everywhere in my garage, and bought a New 14 hayabusa with parts, didn't put the parts on right, I was missing bolts and parts. Swingarm extension was put on backwards. So if you are wanting a new bike go out of town and service you might as well do it yourself.

Prompt service. Brought my bike to get inspected, get a fender eliminator installed, oil changed, and to get my ugly front turn signals replaced and flushed. Even though they are not a Yamaha dealer in Lawton, they still got the job done and sent out my bike to their altus store to get a recall completed for no charge (saying no charge for the transport because a recall is a service that's done for free). Got my bike back with in a week. That's impressive. Good job guys.
