After my mom called him to come out just last week to look at her washer he said it would take 30 days to get the part she calls him just the other day he acts like she don’t know what she is talking about he said I will call you back he never did will never ask him to come out again you basically just took my moms money! I’m kinda glad I wasn’t here that day the way your attitude and everything was towards my mom just be thankful I wasn’t

Couldn't get a hold of anybody and couldn't leave a voicemail because it was too full. Someone texted me back saying that they were too busy and I asked for them to contact me afterwards and they never did. I also contacted them through their website and still nothing. This is a poor excuse for a business when they can't answer the phone nor can I check their voicemail to allow other people to put a voicemail on there.

Do Not Use This Company!!!! What they have done to my mother is unreal. It took 4 trips for her to finally get her dryer fixed. Why you ask, great question! Wrong part was ordered, no apology no nothing. Then after significant banging when trying to remove the broken part, after several days of waiting for the right part, he said he had to… take it to a machine shop. This was charged to my mom, who knows what damage his banging caused. Finally he comes back to hook things up, only for us to find the dryer vent wasn’t hooked up. When he was called with his mistake pointed out, he said

After having him work on other appliances called him to replace a dishwasher handle. We were charged $40 the first day for him to come and get the model number and then came the second day and had a young guy do the work(and was charged about another $140) and in the process now the seal is broke, leaks like a flood and now have to get a new dishwasher. Prior to this there were no issues with anything other than the door handle. They refuse to take the blame for the issue. Never again will we call them !!
