I would highly recommend Shikany’s Bonita Funeral home to “anyone” searching for a warm, beautiful, loving and peaceful experience.
The funeral home is pristine and and beautiful. The staff is extremely professional, compassionate, responsive, and pays attention to even the smallest “personal requests” and finest details. They treated “my mother “ as if she was their own! Mr. Shikany had his arms around the entire event and the funeral directors Mark and Craig left no stones unturned. Truly a blessing!

From the moment I first contacted Shikany's at my mother's death, they were wonderful to work with. They treated us with kindness and understanding at a time when we were in shock and grief, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible. They were responsive to questions and quick to problem-solve, and there was no up-selling, no pressure, just calm and sympathy. Wholeheartedly recommend.

David was incredibly gracious and accommodating. My mother and I felt like we were listened to and taken care of. David and the team made the whole process simple and pain free. He never pressured us into any additional arrangement we didn't want - that was our fear. All the tasks were prepared in a timely manner and correctly. When the funeral/wake was taking place at the funeral home, the whole team was there to cater to our every wish. They carried things to our cars, moved tables and easels... just a really personal touch and help when we really needed it. The obituary page has space for photos

It has been 7 years since my father has passed away.. They still have not had the gravestone put in. Previously we used this funeral home for my grandmother. They still have not etched the date of death for her on the gravestone. My family has contacted them countless times and still nothing has been done. My cousin also used this funeral home when her husband died. And she is having the same problems. Even going in to the place and talking with the owner has come to no avail. We paid for their service in full and they failed to hold up to their end of the bargain. This place needs to be exposed
