I contacted Fabrizio of Monarch Claims Adjusters for wind damage to our roof. He immediately came out to the house, climbed up on the roof to evaluate the damages and gave us his assessment. He explained to me and my husband about the process, and he gave us such confidence that we agreed to go ahead with the claim. Even though the insurance company was not the same that we had at the time of the claim, Fabrizio told us that they were going to fight for us and that all we had to do is relax and trust them. Monarch was able to get much more than what the insurance company initially tried to pay

I was recommended Monarch Claims for a free insurance policy review. Thanks to the expertise of Edgar Velazquez I was able to have the proper home coverage and simultaneously save money. Additionally, It is good to know that I can get a second opinion on home insurance coverage from someone other than an insurance agent. And since Monarch Claims does not sell policies, I can count on their advice to be 100% unbiased and in the interest of the policy holder. Had a great experience with monarch, they make you feel special, like part of the family. They did not mind the one thousand questions I had. They were very professional from beginning to end. They took all precautions when coming in my house. Fabrizio was very kind to my family. He always stayed in contact with me to make sure I was updated on my claim and to see if I had any questions. My husband and I contacted Monarch claims after our home was damaged from hurricane Irma. Our claims representative Nathalie scheduled an appointment and handled everything professionally and quickly. She has been in constant communication with us while we are still in the midst of getting our insurance settlement claim.
