We have built two custom homes before moving to St. Petersburg and after living in this house for a couple of years decided to do a major renovation. We spent 9 months with an architect on the design work and another 2 months interviewing contractors.
The house was completely gutted and renovated in 2015. Tom Quartetti, the President of Sunketch, was a pleasure to work with.
It was a nine month project and completed on time! As with any project of this size there were numerous issues that had to be dealt with and Tom was tremendous. He suggested making changes to the front of the house which
