Anti-microbial rinses and antibiotic medications may be prescribed for you. Take any prescribed medications according to directions and continue taking until all meds are gone. For the first 24 hour period immediately following surgery, take two (2) Advil or Motrin (Ibuprofen) every 4-6 hours even if you do not have any pain.
Most people assume that toothpaste stays good forever and they only replace it when it is finished. This is a bad habit that can result in serious consequences. Using expired toothpaste puts you at risk of several conditions. Therefore, it is important to understand what an expired toothpaste can do to you in order to avoid using it.
In between uses, clean your aligners with a soft-bristled toothbrush and a small amount of toothpaste. Make sure you clean your teeth as well before putting on the aligners. Genetics: Some people are genetically prone towards teeth staining or have genetic disorders like amelogenesis imperfect which affects the formation of enamel. Trauma: Your tooth may change color if its nerve has been damaged or killed due to a blow to the mouth. Medication: Certain medication like tetracycline, doxycycline, antihistamines, and antipsychotics can discolor teeth.
Discolored teeth: Yellowing or grayish teeth can negatively impact your smile. Your teeth can end up discolored because of tetracycline drugs, smoking habits, excessive fluoride, resin fillings or other causes. Veneers can be used as an alternative to teeth whitening to cover up these discolored teeth.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The moment I walked in I was greeted by name. There was no wait period I was seen immediately. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. I’m typically nervous when having dental work done but Dr. Sanjabi carefully explained everything to me. He made sure I was comfortable before ,during , and after my procedure. If I could 10 stars I would because this experience was outstanding and I’m excited for my future visits.

Seriously the best dentist ever. Personally I hate and get very anxious when going to a dentist office but with Dr. Sanjabi is the total opposite.Great friendly staff always so caring for their patients. And can we just talk about his work wow wow wow!!! Hands down AMAZING!!! Just had my four wisdom teeth removed and few fillings in and I can stress enough what a great job he has done. I will totally recommend Dr. Amir Sanjabi for anyone thats looking for a trusted dentist that will give you amazing results for your smile.

Dr Sanjabi was very patient andexplained everything completely. I was referred to a wrong Endodontist and finally arrived here to care for an infection i had due to some bone loss. Long story short, he diagnosed my issue and made recommendations to get this taken care of.
The course of action was to get surgery to clean up under the gums and to receive a bone graft. The procedure was thorough and he did an excellent job documenting the whole process. He even took pictures so that i could see the progress.
He has excellent follow up and that is something i look for whenever dealing with medical

Dr. Amir Sanjabi and his staff are exceptional in every way. Their level of professionalism is second to none, they show genuine care, and most importantly, they treat you like family. His staff is always friendly, respectful, and welcoming. It may sound like an exaggeration, but my kids have never complained about going to their appointments.

I am happy and grateful that Dr. Sanjabi is my dentist. I had a horrible experience in Tijuana Mexico where they did a root canal that got infected in less than a year. Because of that I needed an implant and crown. My daughter referred me to him and I was impressed by all the technology. They took a digital scan and a ct scan the same day. The procedure was painless and he is gentle. Everyone is welcoming and makes you feel comfortable and the office is beautiful and clean. Thank Dr. Sanjabi and staff
