Have been a member here for 15 years. The old members was fantastic. Had multiple vehicle loans with them. Just got dinged with a 30 days late hit on my credit from the because on my last payment I accidentally put in the wrong number making it 20 dollars short. No call email or nothing. Just straight onto you credit. Paying these people their awesome 13% interest rate they make per year as much as what goes onto the vehicle. We have had numerous fraud issue with them. Most they are good about but some they refuse to cover. Call to talk to some one and you may be on hold for up to 45 minutes with

Customer service is at an all time low. They have big pretty buildings now, attend fundraisers, act like they care about the community but their staffing is terrible. Customer Service could not be any worse if they tried. Do not get credit cards with them. Their Fraud department is all over the place, suddenly your card gets blocked without any fraud at all. They have gone down hill since 4 front took over. Online banking, they cannot have all your accounts on one screen. That is too much for their neurons to take. Bank elsewhere. They are useless!

We have had a TERRIBLE experience with 4Front CU. We applied for a loan 2 weeks ago and it's still in limbo. Our house is collateral with no money owed on it. 3 times we've been asked why our house is paid off...how we were able to pay it off?! Wow what an ignorant question. What does it matter? That's an inappropriate question! The loan officer will say " I'll call you right back" or "I'll call you by the end of the day", or "I'll call you tomorrow". NONE of which he has done. We are the ones having to chase him around trying to call

Okay, so I became a member just about a month ago when my wife and I bought a used car. that process was a breeze. I didn't receive the loan docs or paper work until a few days after the 1st payment was due. The online set up leaves a little to be desired because there is absolutely no instruction on how to set up the funds transfer. So I decided rather than have a late payment, I would make the first payment in person. That was a huge mistake! The woman that I dealt with at the Highway 31 location was horrible. I explained my online account was not ready yet and I needed to make my car payment

Horrible! My paychecks, along with my fiance's are deposited every Weds evening, we are unable to access our funds until the following Friday. (Which is stupid when you live paycheck to paycheck) I once made the mistake of writing checks on a Thursday, figuring they would go through in the order received .. yah know AFTER my paycheck since it was "pending" for 24hrs first...NOPE! they instantly passed all the other transactions before my check giving me a fee for each one, then the next day took half my paycheck over THEM not processing things in the order received. Last Friday I noticed that $240 dollars was pending in my account which I knew was wrong and it ended up being fraud. The employees at 4Front worked hard and were all very nice and helpful about getting my money back. By late Monday night I got my scratch back and my hats off to 4Front. I know they don't have the best record but it looks like they have got their stuff together. Thank you all very much and to Akbar the thief, KARMA is coming your way!

Horrible customer service unless they are looking for money, then they will harass and call you every day. I was a customer at Members Credit Union for over 10 years, and always received excellent service. I have experienced nothing but problems since they switched to 4Front, their bill pay system does not work accurately half the time.

NO STARS, had to put one, otherwise I couldn't post my review!! WORST credit union EVER!! Go elsewhere, they are inefficient, have a big banking customer service mentality, even though they claim to be, the opposite of such. Members credit union could have taught them about customer service and keeping members instead of loosing them. Now they claim they're the Red Hot best in TC, "voted", please, companies PAY to be able to make that claim, no one does any voting, they simply paid about $500 to be able to say that. Such a disappointment, i was a member of MCU for over 21 years

I would not give 4Front one star............why isn't zero stars an option? We have been with Members Credit Union over 20 years with no issues and impeccable service. Since 4Front took over, the communication, customer service, and online banking systems are HORRIBLE!!! I still can't get into my account without a 3 step process of retrieving a new access code every time I log in. Transfers between accounts are delayed by an entire day! I have called numerous times and talked with some really nice people who are trying their best to help. However, the management and leadership is
