I have been seeing Kasey for several sessions of laser hair removal now and she is wonderful! I have made a lot of progress and she was so great about explaining the procedures and what to expect and I’ve loved the outcome! This place has always been great about my appointments too, reminders and pre-scheduling and their packages are worth the discounts! I’m glad I’ve found this place!

Used a Groupon to get a deep tissue massage - I was pleasantly surprised at how well kept the place was. It was neat, calming, and professional.
My massage was fantastic - I truly had a positive experience. My only downside was the oil used for the massage, not sure if it is the best. Despite this, I still rate 5 stars since I received great service! Will definitely go back

I've wanted laser hair removal my whole life. Literally. Kacey is amazzzzing & I am so happy with my results. I have 1 more session left in my 6 session full body package that I got for $650. She is so professional & makes sure you're comfortable the whole time & is easy to talk to during it. I also have really bad eczema on my whole body, have since I was a kid & I haven't had any reactions to the heat settings because she makes sure my skin is taken care of. Thanks Kacey! I will definitely be doing more services with them

I had to cancel due to being in contact with someone with Covid and they still charge me a cancellation fee then hung up on me. My sessions take less than 10 mins, so I’m disappointed in their lack of service and understanding.
Once my sessions are over I will not be coming back here.

I just finished my third laser hair removal and I am absolutely thrilled! I’ve gotten laser elsewhere and I’ve never had this result - my hair growth is thinner and the growth is already so slow! The staff has always been very kind and informative. They send email and text reminders for appointments and call the day before!

I have been going to Limitless for at least last 3 years! My favorite SPA in Spring. It is clean and stylish. Staff is professional and friendly. I especially love to get my facials and peels from Adina. She is wonderful! And Gievanni is always extremely helpful and patient if my appointments need to be rescheduled. I highly recommend Limitless Medspa!

I am giving them 5 stars the price for laser hair removal can not be beat !!! The machine is high quality fast and comfortable in terms of being snapped a thousand times a second ! I have only had laser to my legs here and b 12 shots so I can't speak for other services. I can tell you though you will not get a better hair removal deal else!!!!

The massage technician here was horrible and very unprofessional. She was on her phone the entire time listening to music, she had her phone laying next to me vibrating on my side and she rolled around on a chair while giving the massage. The only thing she did was rub me. She had no other techniques than rubbing. I stopped her in the middle of the session to ask her how long had she been giving massages and she said 15 years. Can't be. She was very unprofessional and after speaking to the manager she tried to accuse me of stealing 1 I repeat 1 of her airpods. I will never go back there again

I bought a 3 wax Groupon here but 1 wax was enough to let me know I wouldn’t be coming back. I’m no stranger to Brazilians but I got the WORST Brazilian of my life here. The lady was nice don’t get me wrong but everything else was bad. I kinda felt uneasy when she said she only got waxed once then started talking up laser hair removal while I’m in pain. Nice strategy. But her waxing technique was terrible. Way more painful than necessary. She would hold the wax up to the point where it would start pulling long before she ever went to rip it off which HURTS. It’s like sample pain then

If it's too good to be true then it is. They offer members 3 treatments a month for $79 but food luck getting an appointment. The treatments roll over but if not used by end of you, you lose them. Horrible schedule and staff never stays more than a month, they quit because it's so chaotic and disorganized. Don't be fooled!!

I'm so glad I looked into the reviews for this place and now I understand maybe why my laser was not working. I ordered a package for the whole body and I had already seen a huge reduction after my first session and then the girl that have been doing my sessions left and was replaced by somebody else I've now seen three different technicians and I have seen no difference. Even though these visits spent more than six months... Management and staff has changed a lot since I've been coming here for the past year for laser hair removal treatment. I was extremely lucky and signed up for a special: $600 for 6 full body treatments last year. I was blessed to have Courtney for a majority of my sessions. Because of her, I have had great results. When I had any other technician I DID NOT get as good results. I do not recommend this spa anymore now that she is gone. They saved my credit card on file without my authorization and charged me over $600 from my bank account .I approached the manager for refund ,constantly giving me run around and still hasn't refunded a penny yet.

Laser hair removal is AMAZING! Wish I wasn't so scared before. It definitely brings your confidence back and just have everything feeling smooth. It is a bit in the pricey side but for a heads up on some procedures, Groupon has some great deals. But I will continue to keep coming and getting different procedures now that they have broken me into the spa life..

I would give them zero stars but it doesn't appear this is allowed. Had laser treatment for spider veins. Ended up with 1/4" by 1" marks all over my legs from the laser. My body did not react well. Within a few days I had a "hive" like reaction. I called and had to leave a message, but the Dr. or nurse never bothered to call me back. This is the last place I would go for any treatment.

I went thru Groupon for laser hair reduction at this place, and once at the consult was informed of meds I couldn't be on. The lady told me she'd look into a product I'm currently on for hair growth (on head) and then continued to charge me for the services I'd be receiving in March, not January which is way down the road. So then I decided to look into the meds myself when I left and told them on that same day that I'd have to finish those meds first and then go on with laser afterwards. To refund me for services I hadn't received. They would not offer any refunds

I normally do not write reviews but my reason is two fold. I have been a VIP member for over five years. I know Limitless has changed owners in the last year or so. Since the change in ownership, I have been extremely dissatisfied with the management as well as the staff doing the various procedures. It was obvious when ALL the previous staff left their employment, things were not good. I purchased a package for Micro Needling. The first two treatments were a disaster and very very painful leaving pigmentation issues which have since been cleared up thanks to Technician named Serena Evans

After almost a month of leaving this place....i hit up the owner and no response. I had to do a fb review because i havent recieved my last paycheck... vince refuse to pay me in a timely manner, i wrote a review on fb and he threatens me with being sued.

I had been wanting to do laser hair removal for a long time and Limitless had it all. The price was reasonable and the staff seemed very professional and the place was clean, so I decided to do it. I am now past my second session out of six and I see a huge difference in hair growth. The treatments to hurt, but the staff try to be as helpful as possible in preparing you for that. So far everything looks how it should at this point on the treatment. I will post an update once I am done.

I gave a glowing 5 star review back in June 2017 but have to revise my ratings now after the new management took over the spa. The difference is night and day! I purchased an expensive Dermarolling package when the spa was under Dr. Ciaglia and have used only 1 session from the package. I have since moved out of town at about the same time the new management took over.

I did my research on med spas because regular spas don't do the extractions I want done. This place had great ratings on Yelp and other sites. Going through their site they had other offers and great prices.
Nice and cozy facility. Really clean and friendly staff. Convenient location to my house. The service was spectacular by the tech, she went way beyond my expectations which of course I truly appreciated . Goes without saying, I'm using them again in particular the same person.

Have been coming here for 6-7 months now and received various services. The atmosphere is pleasant and staff likewise. You can receive a wide variety of services and from what I can tell so far the services offered actually work. The staff does an amazing job of showing before and after pics of actual clients. Most of the services offered the staff have received and can give you their personal testimony.
