The on-site operator is extremely helpful. I have needed his assistance twice and both times was so pleased by the interaction.. Also, for those of you who don't know this car wash is Eco certified due to their water saving practices. I drive from Hampstead specifically to use this car wash for that exact reason.

I love this car wash I really do it has a shelter so you can shampoo or vacuum or just fragrance your car it's cheap it's only a dollar for the vacuums and to start the shampooer if I'm not mistaken but honestly I can't remember on that either way I love this car wash the vending machine is a little tricky but they've always got great smells on car fresheners that are once again only a dollar it's my favorite car wash

First I will say I was pretty worried based on other reviews. I used the laser jet and choose the $12 options because it dried my car. So many other car washes leave water spots and don't wash your car good. My car had been through four hours of highway driving and was covered in bugs. She is just as clean and shiny as ever. Did a great job and I was happy I wasn't forced to vaccum my car to get my money's worth.

Complete waste of money. I used to use this car wash all the time but they seem to have fallen off hard. Only half of the equipment in the self wash bays work. Had the air dry hose come off and hit my car as soon as I paid to renew my time. I’ve called the owner several times and have not heard a response. No this is not the first time this has happened but its definitely the last.

Over all an ok spot. Typical foam sprayer wouldn't spray continuous spray pattern almost in hopes of eating away at your time. During spot free rinse it would switch over to soap causing me more time and $. Continued over to the vaccum where it took forever to get it to accept my dollars so once it started it wasn't like I could add time quickly and get back to cleaning but yet stand while time ran and try and get another dollar in. 2021 people, fix your stuff or shut it down. Btw, were going to space and back in a day now ... Yea we've come that far

This touch less car wash ran into my car and drug the bar all the way across it even though I was wgeee it told me to be. Then the only worker there shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know” when I asked what we should do and that I wanted a refund and the owner to call me. WORST experience ever!!!! I want the scratches fixed and a refund. Such an awful place. You should also educated your employees on what to do if this happens because I can’t be the first 😡😡😡

Went in to wash my car today and after washing it manually I realized where the hose touched my car left black marks( came off) but then when I went to go get in the car I realized my hands were black from holding the hose while washing. Then as I went to get into my car I brought some mushy slime into the car with me along with the nasties from the hoses. Now I have to go home and clean the inside of my car and my pants and carpets of my car. Ugh more maintenance of the facility's needed.

Sometimes I don't feel like dealing with people so I go to one of these do it yourself car washes. Check out the pictures if you want to see what you can expect after paying for their most expensive wash. One star because all their machines except cars and one star for the good selection of armor all and window cleaner from there a vending machine.

Poor quality laser wash. I purchased the $10 wash & it didn't even remove insects & residue from my windshield, grill or side mirrors. I had to hand wash the windshields (front and rear), side mirrors and grill when I returned home.
That said, I did call the number on the office door & received a call back explaining why the wash may not have been effective, and a very fair offer to rectify the situation. Although the laser wash itself wasn't up to my expectations, the customer service was very good!
