I visited Hayward over New Years weekend to go snowmobiling. When I went to put in my contacts I realized I had grab my sons instead of mine. I panicked as I cannot wear my glasses under my helmet. I called Hayward Eye Clinic and spoke with Karen and asked her if they would have a trial pair of contacts that I could purchase if I had my prescription sent over to them. She was kind and helpful and said they would absolutely help me out. They had trials in my prescription and when I went to pick them up she just gave them to me (2 pairs). I could not believe it. I am not even a customer of theirs
