They parts were ordered, there was great communication and the install team was great. Everyone has been very professional, exceptional service and reasonably priced for the amount of work and installation they did.

Although they stay very busy during summer times they are always very good about sending someone as soon as they can, they are very good at their job and professional they found the problem of my AC very quickly and fixed it, Also the customer service representatives are friendly, courteous and very helpful!!

Serna was awesome. I would highly recommend them. I called them late Saturday afternoon not expecting them to get to my house until Monday, but they were there within a couple of hours and my AC was working not long after they arrived. I was expecting to pay a premium and I was wrong again the price came in a good 50% less than what I expected to pay

They know what they're doing! Within the first 5 minutes the technician discovered the problem, that another company had failed to discover! He then thoroughly explored the issue. He made sure to explain to me what was going on with it, as well as the subsequent problems associated with it. He quickly implemented a plan and got me a quote. Within 3 days they were back and fixing the issue! The technicians were personable, polite and professional! Will definitely recommend to family and friends!
