Faces of Virtue Beauty Studio was founded by DeQuindra "Dee" Rouzan in 2006. Dee is a licensed cosmetologist who specializes in multi-cultural hair and makeup. Dee's passion for the beauty industry began long before her career. At the tender age of 12, Dee fell in love with the "beauty" of hair and makeup.
From the intoxicating aroma of her favorite lipstick brand to the placement of the last hairpin, Dee is extremely passionate and an expert in the industry. As a master educator, Dee trains her team of experts to deliver Faces of Virtue "Signature Look" which is to enhance not transform their clients.

Dee and her team were incredible throughout the entire process. She worked with me to reschedule my trial when my boudoir shoot had to be rescheduled due to COVID exposure and didn't make me feel badly about adding 5 people to the day of HMU (from 2 originally!) Her team was professional, arrived early, and kept everyone on track with who needed to be where. She brought 3 make up artists and 2 hair stylists which allowed our entire group of 7 to be in and out in under 2 hours. It really was incredible. One artist was dedicated exclusively to applying lipstick to my friends. Everyone looked amazing

Dee and her team are incredible and the looks that they created for my wedding party were so perfect. Prior to the big day, Dee checked in on what looks we wanted and sent an extremely helpful timeline on when everyone was getting their hair/makeup done and which artist was assigned to which bridesmaid. Dee did my hair and makeup and flawlessly created such a glamorous look that I could not get over. I know every bride wants to feel beautiful on their wedding day, but Dee made sure that I felt STUNNING. I'm forever grateful that Faces of Virtue was a part of our big day and cannot recommend Dee

Dee and her team provided exceptional service for my wedding day. My mother in law almost cried after getting her hair and makeup done. As a darker hued black woman she's had difficulty with makeup artist matching her skin. Faces of Virtue executed and exceeded expectations. It was a very touching moment. They had my mother saying she was a savage and my MIL sayin she was bad and bougie. My mother, MIL and bridesmaids were utterly gorgeous. I had a minor snafu with the correct lipstick matching but my overall makeup and hair went above and beyond my expectations. My look lasted all day, flawlessly

Dee and her team at Faces of Virtue are the true embodiment of teamwork makes the dream work. I was a ball of nerves before Dee and her team walked in the door. From the moment they stepped in the suite they brought the energy all the way up! They came in and completely revived me and my bridesmaids! They all moved quickly and efficiently to get each girl in a chair and started on her face. I watched as Dee slayed my face while also teaching and training new members of her team all about the process. Faces of Virtue was the surge of energy I needed. This place was a God send! We nearly experienced a disaster situation with a previously hired make up artist. We called Dee, the owner of Face of Virtue Makeup Studio the DAY OF the wedding and she assembled a team of artists to complete our make up. The quality of work and professionalism is impeccable.
I would highly recommend this studio for bridal and special event make up!
