In the past 9 years I have referred dozens if not hundreds of Home Buyers to Timmy Ostrom and have never had a complaint. As a Home Builder, specifically speaking to on-time closes which are essential to our success, I cannot recall ever missing a closing date because of something Timmy or his team missed in the process. When it comes to new construction, the cycle time of talking with clients, fielding phone calls can be anywhere from 6 months to a year. Timmy will always respond immediately and do his best to overcome obstacles.
