Beautiful items in their gallery but communication between themselves and their customers needs improvement. We set up rentals for our party at our home over a year before the event. We checked in often with them about it and visited twice in person to confirm details. Out of nowhere, the week of the event, they call us to say they can't deliver at the time we requested because they have other places to rent to. Love this place. I rented the wooden backdrop, tables, chairs, linen and a cake stand. Everything turned out beautiful. Staff has been amazing and very professional by responding quickly to my emails and allowing me to make some last minute changes.

Last week Stephanie's Linens created a Winter Wonderland at L'Cheriyve Studios. The Brides were very happy with the work Stephanies Linens provide. Lilliana and her staff did an outstanding job setting up. They draped, provided linens, chairs, dishes, etc. to create the photos you see. Thanks for a great job Lilliana (always) and Stephanies Linens. On Saturday 2/3/18, Lilliana and Marco created a Mardi gras theme birthday party. I love working with Lilliana and Marco they are always accommodating, help with ideas and just a great team to work with.

Had a great experience working with Luz at Stephanie's Linens. She was so helpful when we met in person. She didn't mind answering all of my questions or showing me the various options when I wasn't sure or my vision for our wedding tables. We ended up choosing the clear chavari chairs and they were gorgeous! Also pricing was very reasonable. Would highly recommend them for your event!

Stephanie's was amazing at my daughter's wedding! Over the course of the year that we reserved different types of items for her special day, we made multiple changes and they were so gracious and patient with the process. Literally the morning of the wedding I learned there was not a runner for my daughter to walk down to protect her veil from being destroyed on the hard surface. I called them at 12 o'clock and they were able to have it delivered in time and installed and ready to go without any hesitation. The are amazing!!

As a referral from our planner, we met with Luz for our napkin and sweetheart table linens. We had a blush theme and our reception location did not have the exact shade that we wanted. Luz was able to show us all of the different shades as well as different material of each napkin that they had. We picked out our favorite one as well as a textured ivory table cloth for our sweetheart table. Everything was very efficient as our planner has been a loyal customer and friend to Luz.

So glad I made the 90 minute drive to Stephanies!! They have an amazing selection and THE BEST PRICES!! Ana and the team were great, and I appreciated their large inventory of event supplies. Be sure to confirm everything you need is on your invoice (there weren't originally spoons in the flatware set I picked), but know that you are in good hands and that the team is very responsive.

This place is absolutely AWFUL. Whatever you do- DON'T go through them. We used them for our wedding, and started planning a YEAR in advance for all of our rental needs. Please continue reading and DON'T make the same mistake!!! We booked everything with them that early so that they could make sure they had enough inventory. Our usual vendor dropped the ball the day before our event! So Saturday afternoon I call n YIPPEE, they have all of the tablecloths we need! Come in pay the nice lady ( can't remember her name sorry) and we are off!
If you visit there location be prepared to be seriously distracted! They have everything on display so you can see how you idea will look , or get ideas!!

The staff is always friendly, professional,task-oriented, and accommodating. Once my order was placed the driver arrived timely, and even helped us with the setup because WE were running late! I've used Stephanie's for a few years to provide linens for my company's Christmas Party. They are inexpensive due to their low overhead in Signal Hill. Their prices are more than competitive, but after the events of this week, I will never use them again.

Our caterer contacted them with our linen requirements, and asked them to forward me the quote as we would pay directly. We have done this same practice for years. We give them a check when they deliver the order. It's not an unusual concept.

Great great place to rent tables, linens, and chairs from. Was looking specifically for 8' tables and other places didn't have them, but Stephanie's Linens did. They offer delivery, but for my order, it was $50, and being that I lived within a mile I opted to pick them up myself and save that money. Further, when I picked up the linens, the linens had a plastic sheet over them, the way clothes would from a dry cleaner, which speaks to the care and cleanliness that you'll be receiving your rental linens in.

I love using Stephanie's Linens! Their customer service is outstanding and they have so much inventory to choose from - everything is very well priced! My go to for any event! Had a last minute order to place. They not only accommodated us but we were out of there super fast with arrangements for delivery later on the same day. I don’t even bother with any other businesses. They are so amazing!!! Always come through for us and their products are gorgeous!

I changed my wedding colors at the last minute and the rental company I was using for most of the items (tables, chairs, plates, the whole nine) did not have the new color in the fabric that I wanted. Stephanie Linens was the perfect spot to rent specialty linens to make my wedding perfect. Stephanie's Linen has a wide variety of options for you to choose from, which made planning our event easy. During the selection process, one of the workers "Judith" assisted in picking out tablecloths, chiavari chairs, and other items we needed for our Royal Baby Shower. Initially she was great to work with, and even called days before the event to invite me back into their studio to go over my order; which I did.
