Disappointed that Story Fence wouldn't come out to give me a quote. Lady on the phone straight up lied to me when she told me that Lynn was out of their service area. I know it's a lie because it says on their website "Story Fence has been building quality fences in Hamilton, Wenham, Manchester, Gloucester, Rockport, Beverly, Peabody, Ipswich, Essex, Lynn, Salem, Marblehead, Swampscott and Andover for over 34 years." She said they were to busy for my small job. Hmm.. OK well I guess I'll take my money elsewhere. Leaving one star because it won't let me leave 0. I'll be sure to let others know how

Had them come in last year and install some fencing on my property along with two gates. Shortly after the install the main gate that we use began to stick. My wife got fed up with the gate and reached out to Story to correct the problem. She was told that it was a common issue and wouldn’t be a problem to correct. That was back in March or April. Months later we’re still calling them regularly to come fix the gate. We even sent pics and videos of the issue and were told that they would be out this week to fix it.
