The score is ZERO. In dealing with NCheng LLP, I have never experienced such poor service in the entirety of my professional career. Lack of client value has been exhibited by repeated delayed financials, lack of one on one availability and condescending, vague, non commital when an actual individual has responded to multiple direct outreach attempts. I would encourage anyone seeking sound, considerate, professional audit services to look elsewhere. Businesses that value clients are closing everyday and it is unfortunate that my experience with an organization that is still open was so negative
