Acupuncture is a non-surgical, non-pharmacological modality that uses fine, sterile needles to stimulate the body's nervous system to release neurotransmitters and endorphins and regulate signals to effectuate health and healing. Auricular acupuncture involves stimulating specific points in the ear to promote health and healing.

Restoration Health has been a wonderful addition to my life. I have anxiety and the acupuncture treatments have helped me significantly. Dr. Lauren is great! I developed Bells Palsy the day before my youngest son was born and 3 days later, I went in for my consultation. Through diligent care and a flexible care plan that she adjusted with each change and development with my face, I’m almost back to 100%. Acupuncture was the only thing that helped get me looking and feeling “normal” again. If you’re thinking about it, definitely try!

Dr. Kaplan is a Wonderful, Professional and Genuine person. She cares sooooo much and takes her time, listens and will do anything possible to help. She is truly saving my life!!! I love her and I always look forward to my visits as I know, no matter how I feel going into my visit (sad, angry, etc.), I know I will feel like a brand new person coming out. I highly recommend Dr. Kaplan to anyone who is running out of ways to get your good health back. She WILL help you, I can almost guarantee it. Call her!!!!!

My treatment experience with Dr. Kaplan has been excellent. My body is responding well to acupuncture, so it usually takes few sessions to eliminate the pain I’m experiencing, especially muscle pain and headaches ( sinus pain and PMS).
Acupuncture has also given me new treatment options for infertility. I am looking forward to seeing how my body will respond to the next IVF cycle.

I was looking for acupuncture treatment a few days before my due date in order to encourage labor. I was nervous about acupuncture but Dr. Lauren made me feel very comfortable. The treatment was very relaxing and I ended up having my baby the morning after my due date. I had a great experience here and would recommend Dr. Lauren to anyone nearing their due date!

I had my doubts when I stareted to get treatments. I've been struggling with chronic headaches for as long as I can remember, nothing has ever helped. My father was dealing with a lot of back and hip pain for a few weeks. After going to doctors and hospitals all they have him were pills to take. We decided to go to Dr. Lauren and he has been steadily getting better. She is very knowledgeable and gives you as much detail as possible about the treatments she will be doing. The cleanliness in her office is amazing as well especially during these times. Definitely recommend her if you're looking for a good place to get acupuncture done and amazing acupuncturist.
