I usually work through Tina, who is always at the top of her game. She is very helpful, no matter the task. If Tina isn't around, whoever answers the phone is just as friendly and helpful. I have had Direct Insurance for several years now. They have always been very responsive, extremely professional, and just nice people to deal with. I have not had one bad experience yet. Walked in this afternoon to get a quote on 2 homes and 1 car and the young woman didn't even greet me. The place was dark and she said she forgot to turn the light on up front. I had to ask if they were open. She then said yes but came to the front without a mask. Handed me a card that said Tina but she didn't ask questions or seem like she wanted my business.
First impressions are usually a good indicator of the way you will be treated as a customer. Based on her lack of greeting and not seeming to be interested in my business and no mask, I'm not interested.
