This company fails to inform the community they are doing construction in the area. They failed to put signs out or close the road to inform the local populace that there was fresh tar/oil on the roads causing damage to many vehicles including mine. I talked with the owner and he asked me to get an estimate for the damage. I did, and than he stated that he would have his detailer come take a look at my vehicle. Never happened and when I tried to follow up, I was than informed that he wasn't going to do anything because he is a small business and said if he fixed everyone's vehicle his lack of responsibility
