I want to give a special thanks to Genesis and Natalie for helping me order 3 wonderful mirrors. The service and knowledge of those two young ladies is absolutely above and beyond. I will always refer them to all my friends. The installers were great too !

This company was prompt and followed up on all phone calls. They performed the work in a timely manner. We had a broken 10" x 10" window pane on our front door that required a special order glass. The glass matched perfectly. The young man who performed the work was very pleasant, professional and kind. He worked hard to make sure he didn't damage the wood casing around the glass and did a beautiful job. I will definitely return to Aluminate Glass for all my glass needs.

Don't waste your time. They took 1.5 months to deliver one simple window. It was on "backorder" forever. We asked them to email us updates and after 3 weeks of waiting, they finally did. Then when it was finally delivered to the company they didn't email us. What kind of customer service is that?! I asked them in an email to call me that same day that it arrived to them and no call until 2 days later.

This is a small mom and pop glass shop located in the back of another building next to the Kia East dealership on 50.
The price seemed reasonable ($30 for 47x14), twice the customer service was average and once the lady was very friendly but this was after I was a bit upset. I first came to them to replace some glass panes in my garage, they said a couple days and I picked them up, it was so quick and easy that I put in another order.
The second time I came to have some glass made to sit on top of my furniture, the secretary/part owner/not sure who she was said it would be done by Saturday for
