They love their insufficient funds charges. To the extent that if you deposit a check remotely BEFORE your next bill comes out they will still process that bill first and then charge you the insufficient funds fee which they can just subtract from the money you deposited. Oh and it’s not like they’ve ever added the option (or haven’t bothered to tell their customers) to make deposits at the atm. So it’s not like you can put money in your account after they’re closed accept by remote check deposit or a transfer.

I don't usually have anything negative to say about the people that I do business with, but I can't recommend doing business with this bank. I purchased a vehicle, and the dealer used this bank to finance it. Upon payoff, they refused to provide a physical copy of release of title for my paperwork. I called the central office, they insisted I make an appointment for a branch visit. I did, only to be refused a copy. The branch manager even called to try to dissuade me from coming in. Glad I don't bank here. Not helpful at all.

Tarrable customer service no one nows how to do there job and your Representatives are very inpatient and don't listen to no one horrible. You better listen to your customers if you hope keep in service because you guys at credit union west are bye far the worst and unprofessional. The lady Amanda needs to re,trained because she doesn't now what the hell she's doing better yet most of your tellers need to be retrained bad excuse for a credit union.
