I've been going to estero Animal hospital for 6 years they've always been professional, knowledgeable and caring. I've had 2 emergencies in those 6 years and I rushed my pets over without an appointment and they cared for my pet and me as if we were family I wouldn't go anywhere else

I had called a refill on my dogs prescription of antibiotics for his rash. He gets the same rash once or twice a year. I waited 6 days to hear back and never got a response. When I called 6 days later, they claim they called and left a message but that’s not true. No call no message. I’m going out of town for two months, hence why I called the perception in a week early (with no call back remind you). They are refusing to refill his script unless I schedule a visit first. Now I won’t have the time since I’ll be gone. I was very kind over the phone and still got the run around. With me going

We have used Estero Animal Hospital for about two years. The staff, including the doctors, are professional, caring and responsive to our concerns. We don’t feel rushed during our visits and Dr. Jen, our preferred physician, takes the time to tell us in detail, the treatment she provided our cat and the expected outcome.

I brought my 13 year old Yellow Lab to the Estero Animal Hospital this morning for her first visit. She was seen by Dr Larry who completely understood her health issues, took plenty of time to explain treatment options, and confirmed that all of our concerns were addressed. We are blessed to have such compassionate and ethical care in Estero.

We really have confidence in the care our Scottie receives at Estero Animal Hospital. With Dr Larry’s suggestions we’ve been able to effectively remedy a chronic health issue our Scot has had for a few years. Without medications!!!

Our sweet pup needed surgery and Estero Animal Hospital did a great job of being promot, keeping us informed and taking care of her from prep through recovery. They came high recommended to us, and I also highly recommend them. We will be switching all three of our pups over to Estero Animal Hospital.

Well, if you want to be treated like you are loosing your mind. Go to this place. They don't know how to use their website, they are not able to use their scheduling on line, the "manager" is the rudest woman possible. They don't respect the 6 feet social distancing when they talk to you! Worst veterinary place I have been. If you want to loose your time go to this place! They will never honor an apt on line. May be they should go back to regular phone line and paper scheduling!

Ridiculous. Had my dog spayed because she had a so called abnormality, a month later she's back at the office leaking fluids!!! Dr Kirk performed the surgery on my puppy and we never saw him again! Point is he's not a specialist so he shouldn't have performed this type of surgery on my puppy! To make a long story short? Had to take her to a specialist only to pay $5,500 to fix the situation & from the start all they had to do was point us to the specialist from the beginning that is literally not even 10 minutes from their clinic! Goes to show you what type of clinic this place

I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 one day just to show up and have them tell me it was at 2. This was definitely a mistake on their end as I made the appointment over the phone. They don't even send you a confirmation email or phone call for your appointment which would have been appreciated. I didn't like how my kitten couldn't explore the room while we waited for the doc because they left the doors open and when they cut his nails he screamed his head off which didn't happen the next time at a different vet. Then.. the staff/doc failed to tell me when to take the pressure

Dr. Kirk is hands down the best vet that we have ever had and we are so very grateful for him and this practice. Kind, compassionate, informative, completely fair and open with expenses at hand, professional and answers every question with the patience of a saint, lol. We have also had Dr. Jen and Dr. Mark assist us and they also are simply amazing. True animal loving veterinarians for those of us that love our animals, no bones about it. We bring all three dogs here. One of our dogs went blind and had an infection in the eyeball and the dog optometrist couldn't do the surgery for 10 days and a lot of money. Estero Animal hospital made sue they fit our fur baby in that day at half the cost. He is doing fantastic now.
We now have another furbaby who has been diagnosed with lymphoma who is pretty far in the advanced stages. They have been so kind to us and Moose, making sure he is comfortable and it is about quality of life for him.

This is by far the best vet I've ever taken my two pups to. Everyone is friendly, empathetic and helpful at every turn. Whether it's just a quick visit or surgery, they've all called to follow up within a day or two to check on my pups. They do not overcharge and are just genuinely good people from the front desk to every vet who works here. Dr. Megan is my favorite - sweet, caring & always thorough in explaining everything during a visit. Thank you EAH.

We have been bringing our cat there since 2007. She was a great pet and for the beginning years, we received great personal care. In the last year, we have noticed long hold times when we call and disjointed care. We were in several times in the last few months. She was failing and we saw it. We instead got routine kind of care, little advice, or information with choices - especially this last time earlier this week. We can down from our summer home to ensure she was getting care from her regular group. Instead, we were rushed in, they took her in the back, a young Dr. who was very pleasant

We are new to the area, so in need of a new veterinarian. We investigated and made a site visit a few months ago, and had settled on Estero Animal Hospital.
Fast forward to now, and our little allergic dog needed attention, despite the current coronavirus situation., do we made an appointment.
We were so impressed with the manner in which they managed all of the pets and their people in a totally no contact way. We pulled up to the building, and they took our dog into the clinic. We communicated at length with Dr. Megan via phone. We checked out car side.

My dog was bit by another dog and I immediately took him here. I've never been before and it was the closest to my house. They took him back as soon as I got there. I was freaking out but they kept reassuring me he was going to be okay. The doctor personally took be back to explain to me what he was going to do to my dog. I felt so much comfort know what was going on. I could tell he was in good hands. He is doing better than ever now! So thankful for this place.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET TAKE THEM TO A QUALITY VET .THIS AREA HAS SOME GREAT VETS.NAPLES FL HAS THE NUMBER ONE VETENARIAN IN THE STATE VOTED NUMBER ONE BY HIS PEERS . When I took Sampson to have his left ear looked at vet kirk only looked at my CHOW CHOW about 30 seconds . Vet kirk put something into his ear and said Sampson ear would be permanently fixed . If you love your pet be careful where you take them . They outright lied to me 4 times . After spending nearly $300.00 with no positive results

I've been going here for almost 7 yrs with my dog and cat. Dr. Mark is our vet of choice. He's caring, calm, listens and doesn't rush our visit. I have seen a few other vets as well and I'd rocommend them in a heartbeat.
Very large facility conveniently located off of Corkscrew Road. Parking lots is small and at the rear of the property. Can be challenging to find a spot on a busy day.

My husband brought our dog and a bloody sample of stool in to get some answers. They saw Dr. Mark and he prescribed $120 worth of pills without even looking at the sample. When I called and spoke to Dr. Mark to ask if we should be concerned about our dog's health he admitted that he had never even looked at the sample because he "didn't want to be sick to his stomach". I would not recommend entrusting your pet's health to someone who is unwilling to do their job as a medical provider.

As a first time dog mom I am extremely nervous about vets. I went to 2 different vets until I found the Estero Animal Hospital, they are the absolute best. My dog is a rescue, he has a lot of health issues and they are the only vets office I trust. If I have any issue they get me in the same day and dr Larry and dr Kelli are very knowledgeable and make me feel at ease. They are truly some of the best vets I could ask for!

Everyone is so very kind and welcoming! When I've had a weepy visit due to concern for my senior dog Dixie, I remember how caring Lisa was at the front desk. The last visit though, Dixie is doing good thankfully! Calls are returned so fast, as are emails with Beth and repeat prescriptions handled so efficiently. Dr Kirk whom we nearly always see, and Dr Larry are both fantastic with Dixie and always remember her, we can't speak highly enough for the care they give her. We're always happy to recommend anyone to Estero Animal Hospital.
