I highly recommend Zengel Industries. For the past three years, Brian has been cutting, aerating and seeding our lawn. Last year we even signed up for his fertilization program, and were very happy with the results. He is very dependable--one of his crews are always there on the scheduled day (or the next if we had rain). We even have Brian come in the spring for yard cleanup (remove branches and cut shrubbery).
I have never had a problem--I find Brian to be very professional, answers all calls or messages that I have sent, and even reached out to me about snow removal when we had a storm

So upsetting to spend over $5,000 and the end result of our yard is this. Mud with scraps of grass from seeds we added because Brian didn't come back out to look at his job, when we asked why its not growing and sent pics. After a few phone calls and texts we had a bad feeling. His text to us? . We didn't listen to his recommendations and he's not coming back or doing a Thing for us. Blame the owner for over watering? Who actually thinks we wanted our back yard to look like this??!! Stay away from unscrupulous contractors including Zengel.

The owner of this company is not only arrogant, he has zero customer service abilities. The guy cannot appease a customer if he tried. When you call the guy after the yard was cut completely uneven he tells you he will come back and fix it and never shows. This guy will have a rude awakening soon if he treats his customers like this. There is zero follow up on his quality of his employees work. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY LAWN SERVICE NEEDS.
