Deposit and paperwork is required within 10 days of booking. Full payment is due upon delivery. Price includes delivery and setup of equipment. Tables and chairs are dropped off and stacked. Cash, Check, Venmo@AsaroTentRental, Trade First for Business Owners or Credit Cards are accepted with an additional processing fee for credit card.

Ice needed varies on the items. Note: Table not included with this chiller and customer must supply their own or rent one. The options are endless, just like our selection of linens, runners and chair covers. We have chair cover rentals in a variety of fabrics and colors to fit a wide variety of different chairs.

Terrible experience with the owner…other staff was very nice. Inflatable, tables and chairs were all perfect. I would not recommend ever renting any food machines from there though. The sno-cone machine wasn’t working properly and was spitting out unknown fragments I had children ingest. The owner is well aware of this along with the health department and department of agriculture.

Highly recommend! The easiest process ever. I rented a 20x40 tent for my daughter’s birthday party. Set up was quick and take down was even quicker. Bald guy with the tattoo was really nice! I’m guessing that was Chad lol. He didn’t mind my golden retriever getting in the way either. Great customer service, will be using them again for sure.

They were great to deal with in the beginning. Called last minute and rented a blow up water slide. They came set it up and left like they should. When it wasn’t blown up when they got there Chad was pretty angry and yelling at me. He said he would be charging a cleaning fee. A couple days later I got a very long not so nice email with the cleaning few attached. Well I went out of town for work and completely forgot to pay as it got buried in my email. About a week and a half later I got another long email stating I had not yet paid and using very unprofessional language and name calling. When

One of the most bizarre and terrible customer service experiences in my life and the First negative review I have ever given online.
Chad has issues, it seems, which involved him calling me on a Saturday night to tell me I needed to pay in full for a Porta potty rental the following Friday. Nevermind that I tried to pay via phone but his new employee did not know how to handle it. I had already mailed a check. He would not listen anything I said and just starting ranting, raving and dropping F bombs and saying he was doing me a favor by giving me a deal on the rental, then hung up. I called

I was about to order a tent for my wedding and rehearsal dinner. It did not end up happening but if it had to happen that way I would of booked here hands down any day. Chad is an amazing business owner and super friendly. He was willing to go beyond what is expected to deliver superb customer service. I love parties so I imagine I'll be needing a tent soon. Now I know the person to book with and can't wait to do so.

Best customer service! Owner is personable and really stepped up to help me. I needed a bounce house (kind of last minute) and when he heard that I was unable to get in touch with other companies he agreed to deliver despite being an hour away. His guys who dropped off were friendly, personable, and efficient. The entire process was extremely easy and would love to utilize them in the future.

I contacted Asaro Rentals after dealing with a not so pleasant personality from another rental company. The minute Chad answered the phone, he was polite, knowledgeable and a huge help! He even suggested things I wasn't even thinking of that I would have been lost without. Chad was very informative and walked me through the whole process. 100% recommend. Will definitely be using again for future parties!

I called and booked about 2 months out for our wedding. They were very polite and helpful. They had everything set up a day before our wedding and the guys who came to set up and tear down were great. They explained how the sound system worked and were all around great and helpful. I was also able to add some extra chairs 5 days prior to the wedding without any issues. They were great! Thank you for making our day awesome!

The absolute best rental company, set up a 30X60 and a 20X30 tent in windy wet conditions for our wedding, tent was set up perfectly and super fast. The owner is really nice and super helpful, used them in the past and will continue to do so for any event I might have. Too bad 6 stars isn't an option!

Chad is an awesome, kind person and it really reflects in his business. We rented a 40x60 tent, walls, tables, and chairs from Asaro for our wedding. When we called ~30 days out to add a few items, it was so easy, no problem at all. The morning before the wedding, when they were already out setting the tent up, we decided to add a few other things to our order. Chad and the crew finished setting up the tent and went back to grab the other items from the warehouse. The setup and teardown were quick, the rented equipment was clean, and the crew was friendly. Chad and Asaro tent rentals came highly recommended and I would say the same. The contract I got had the wrong date and, in a rush, I signed it. When I called 3 days before my party he worked with me and got me the tent, chairs and tables I needed. In 3 days!! He is fair in his pricing, and a great place to rent from. I was skeptical when I read the reviews but trusted a friend who said he was great for her grad parties. Ignore those other reviews and use Asaro for your rental needs!!
