We know that our office is only as effective and as welcoming as the people who work in it, which is why we take pride in our friendly and well-trained team members! Our staff consists of team members with specialized training and multiple certifications, and each one of our team members has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care.
Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and we appreciate your cooperation.
We strive to provide you with affordable, high-quality dental treatment that fits your budget! Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards.

During your first visit, our objective is to get to know you better, to become familiar with your past dental experiences and to establish a treatment plan that will best meet your dental needs.
A. The American Dental Association (ADA) recommends visiting a dentist at least twice a year for a check-up and a professional cleaning. Our office also recommends a minimum of two visits per year. A. Please call our office as soon as you determine that you have a dental emergency. If you have a dental emergency during regular business hours, we will be glad to work you into our schedule.

Dr. Fox and his staff are just consummate professionals in every regard. Troy is an artist with his restorative work and has a reassuring ease in explaining options and steps of a process as it unfolds. His office staff are kind, patient, responsive, and helpful. I have been going to Dr. Fox's office for years. He has provided excellent dental care, always in a kind and thoughtful way. Dental hygienist Dawn cleans my teeth expertly. I moved to Evergreen 25 years ago from Oklahoma. I left a dentist and staff that I had used for years and trusted and I dreaded the hunt for a new one. I tried a couple of local dentists and had less than satisfactory experiences. Then I discovered Dr. Fox and his staff and it was love at first cleaning! I have been with them for at least 20 years and have referred many neighbors and newcomers to them. I actually look forward to my exams every 6 months. Dr. Fox and his staff are thorough and take their work very seriously.

I came here on the recommendation from a friend who had had some bad experiences with dentists, because I've had my own really bad experiences and had some anxiety around dental visits as a result. It had been several years since I'd been in for a cleaning because of this.

Dr. Fox is the best dentist I have ever been to in my life. His staff is outstanding. The level of service they provide is top notch! Friendly, fast, personal, sensational. Dr. Fox is always so caring and explains what is going on in way that I really understand. When we moved to Evergreen, we were referred to Dr. Fox by friends of ours and he has been wonderful! His prices are exceptional, and his quality of work has been great. The kids really like Dr. Fox, and he has always taken the time to speak with his patients on a personal level.
