The ArborTrue Skills Assessment Yard is located in Houston, TX at the ArborTrue headquarters. All of our crews and employees enjoy year round training and skills updating. We train our crews to be compliant with ANSI Standards and OSHA while remaining efficient. We believe in hands on training, not just classroom time.
Our Arborist will assess your tree removal, take pictures, and upload to your insurance to help with the claim initiation. Our Arborist will provide you and your insurance with a copy of the estimate right away, usually on site. With nothing more than a signature we commence work to remove the tree and if needed tarp the roof to prevent further damage.

Never used this company, mainly reviewing for anyone that will rent to them while they're out of state. This company has been up here in Ohio working for some time now. They've rented up about half the rooms in the local hotel. The workers do not care about anybody around them what so ever. They put tables outside their doors on the only sidewalk to use, taking up all the space. Leave trash all on the sidewalk, makes it look really gross. Actually had one of their employees the other day leaning right up against the window to my room. I don't feel safe having random people from Texas that don't

Brad and his team were outstanding from start to finish. Extremely knowledgeable and I can honestly say that I learned more about trees in our short conversations than I ever knew before. Our two ashes needed extensive trimming and the trees came out looking great...not too much taken off and not too little. They know trees and it's very obvious that they love the work they do. Very highly recommended.

I've waited a year to write this review and am happy to report that we're incredibly pleased with Arbor True! We're building a new home on a lot with 25+ trees and the company that did the clearing did significant damage to the root systems. We got several quotes and while ArborTrue was on the higher end, it was clear their expertise far surpassed their competitors. I'm so glad that we went with a more experienced company because ALL of the trees are doing great. In the end, we're saving a significant amount of money compared to what it would cost to remove trees

They were absolutely amazing, Brittany is very intelligent in her profession! Great service, good prices. Amazingly professional with every step of the process! They knew exactly what my tree needed and made a plan for it and now it has been so full and beautiful this past summer! I’m so thankful for the Arbortrue team! Would 10/10 recommend. I've really enjoyed my experience with Brittany and ArborTrue. They are very professional and well educated arborists. Brittany came out, assessed the issues on the property and recommended a detailed treatment program to get our trees back to good health They are very passionate about what they do and it shows. I will definitely have them back out in the near future.

Finding the right people to do a job correctly is so hard to find. I have used several Arborist and Tree Services only to have no results or crappy service. That when a friend told me about these guys. ArborTrue is really a great company, I took a chance and requested an arborist to come and see what they can do to help me with my lemon Tree. It hasn't been doing to well not producing much for lemons. Arbortrue sent out an arborist named Brittney that was so informative, she game me great insight on how to help keep my tree healthy, things I didn't know I could do to keep my soil healthy

We really appreciated all the work ArborTrue has done for us so far (we intend to have them help with improving the quality of our lawn in the spring). They performed tree trimming at our house in order to satisfy a request from our home owners insurance company. They also explained to us why we wanted to keep certain branches despite the fact that they were over our roof in a few locations and Marcel even provided documentation that we were able to send to the insurance company.
