Bunting Family Pharmacy aims to provide a wide variety of compounded and traditional medications to doctors and patients. As a secondary goal, we seek to strengthen the connection between doctors, patients and pharmacists to produce the best possible outcomes. We work with physicians to determine the right mix of products for their practice and create custom prescription pads.

This is one of the last Mom and Pop pharmacy's..They are respectful, non- judgemental and will go out of their way to accommodate their customers..if it weren't for Bunting Pharmacy I don't know how we would of survived the lockdown. I'll never be treated like a number at a chain pharmacy. I'm a person with a name at this pharmacy. They know me by my 1st name. They deserve to be commended. Although, they are extremely humble.

Very friendly staff, the most helpful I have ever experienced. They will jump through hoops for you. Impeccable customer service and they truly care. They offer delivery and service that I've never experienced before. They place may look small, but there team is mighty! Scheduled a Covid vaccine with Bunting pharmacist for homebound patient. Pharmacist agreed to come to patients home due to circumstances and administer vaccine. First appt was rescheduled by pharmacist. Called to confirm rescheduled appt date and woman on the phone was extremely short/rude and acted as if we were making this appt up. Continued to say “we don’t do that here” regardless of past conversations with pharmacist. Obvious miscommunication with staff and a miserable woman answering phone with little to no customer service skills.

I’ve used this pharmacy for so many years, and the people were always super kind and friendly. I love supporting local businesses over mass chains, but unfortunately have to switch because they lost my prescription.
They used a refill I had on file, and never input my new prescription. So now I have to pay $200 to go to a new doctors appointment and refill it. If it was a chain store, I’m sure they’d roll back their tape and see that I handed them my prescription, but being a small tiny independent chain, they couldn’t care less.
The worst part is I didn’t call in my refill purposely

Switched from CVS several months ago and it has been an amazing experience.
The family feel, the extra effort to make sure we are getting the best deal is 2nd to none. (Joe did research without me asking and got me a very expensive medication for free by finding coupons etc.)
Also, the owner Joe does soooooo much for the LOCAL community and if you can, please give back to this local, small business.
I promise, you won't regret it!

We switched my family’s prescriptions to Bunting’s last year and I could not be happier. Joe and his staff have always been pleasant and very attentive to my family‘s needs.
