Services
The serving staff will be professionally dressed in tuxedo shirts and the buffet line is beautifully decorated with white linens, and black table skirting to give your event a little touch of class. Steamboat Rounds of Beef and Prime Rib Roasts are exquisitely prepared and professionally hand carved to serve you at the buffet line.
China rental is available: Entree plate, salad plate, fork, and knife (additional $4.00 per plate; busing included in price). As a service for our customers, we provide a beautiful Swan Ice Sculpture at no additional cost to you with orders over 300 guests. Custom Ice Sculptures are available at an extra charge.
All Food is brought in foil pans or cater caddies, if you choose caddies they must be cleaned and returned. We must have a guaranteed number of servings for each occasion at least (2) weeks in advance. Drop Off for fewer than 25 people, food must be picked up and returned at Cygan-Delaney Catering by Customer.

I have had many services from Cygan personally ,business and friends I looked so forward today to have an Easter dinner I called and I signed up for it for seven to serve seven mashed potatoes were the best thing out of it ,mac & cheese.so sob Order for. seven people I called two 2 twice make for, sure of the meal I ordered. people eating I had a half a piece, of deli ham and I ask for sure when I call up there ask about the ham was it like deli ham I was

My husband and I recently used this caterer for our wedding, and we desperately wish we had not. We chose Cygan & Delaney as soon as we chose to have our wedding in our hometown, because we thought "They are local, and everyone uses them. The food must be okay."
(1) The food was not good, period. Nothing on my plate tasted like it did when my sister-in-law and I went in for our taste testing. Even the macaroni and cheese, which I had been literally raving about, was disastrous. It tasted like cheap Velveeta. Gross. The toasted ravioli, my other favorite, was awful as well.
(2) Their pricing changed
