Restore Life Chiropractic
Chiropractor Dr. Nick Moore has been providing health and wellness solutions to local families since 2015. He specializes in the Gonstead Technique. If you're ready to live a life of optimal health and wellness, we'd like to help you. Zionsville Chiropractor Dr. Nick Moore loves to work with patients so they can get the most out of life and enjoy peak function, free from pain and discomfort.

Our approach is preventative and wellness based. Yes, we will help to get you out of pain, but our goal is to help you live a better, more abundant life through ongoing Chiropractic care. Dr. Nick and his wife Amber operate the practice as a team. You may find their two young sons hanging out in the office as well as their beloved Labradoodle Warren.
Services
The care we provide at the practice is anything but cookie-cutter. While we can help you get out of pain, we want to help you achieve your health goals and enjoy higher levels of wellness than you thought were possible. You may find that not only can Chiropractic help you get relief from back, neck pain and headaches, but you may discover you sleep better and have more energy!
Amber earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Indiana State University, and gained experience both in pediatrics and dermatology during her time working as an RN. Once the Moore family moved to Iowa for Dr Nick to pursue his Chiropractic degree, Amber stayed at home with their 2 boys for several years.
Chiropractic care is about checking each individual through several different examinations including palpation, motion, and instrumentation, utilizing films if available. The next step is adjusting the subluxation and only the subluxation, which allows the body to heal.

As Dr. Nick used to work in the corporate tax world, he was drawn to the analytical nature of the Gonstead Technique, which allows him to make an informed decision for each patient.Patients can experience a variety of benefits from being under Chiropractic care, which allows the brain to "communicate" to the rest of the body the way it was intended to.
Named after its developer, Dr. Clarence Gonstead, this approach came from his engineering background. His "foundation principle" explains how a subluxation pattern in one area of the spine can produce compensatory changes in another. After studying your health history, we conduct a complete examination.
Doing so will save time. While we do not bill insurance directly we can print up detailed receipts for each patient if they would like to file with their insurance company. It is the responsibility of each patient to contact their insurance company if they are curious to see what coverage they have.

Dr. Moore is kind and knowledgeable. He goes to great lengths to study your physiological issues as well as know you as a person. He clearly became a doctor because of his love of people and desire to see them reach optimal health. My teenage sons and I have all been helped by him. We received many recommendations to go to him and now join many others in highly recommending him.

I had some pretty bad injuries that called me to a chiropractor in 2017. I went to a general practice for about 3 years which gave me relief but never really felt like it fixed the problem. By accident I landed on Gonstead not realizing how impactful that change would be. My xrays show distinct corrections and I've been moving great since. These guys are joyful, thorough, sharp. Fortunate to have an office like this available in Indy. 😎

As a professional indycar pit crew tire changer I’m familiar with aches and pains. Dr Moore has made me feel much better overall and this in-turn has also improved my efficiency on pit road and contributed to winning races and championships. Restore life Chiropractic has provided me with the knowledge and tools to help prevent future injuries. I highly recommend Dr Moore and his friendly staff.

I’ve been at Restore for over 3 years and my regret is not finding it sooner! After 3+ years of shoulder pain, trap pin, jaw pain, and clavicle discomfort while eating Dr. Moore put me on a 3x week plan tapering down to 1x every other week. Simply put, living and exercising with less pain.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nick for over two years and it has been the first doctor I have seen in over thirty years of receiving chiropractic care where I have a positive lasting effect on my quality of life. Dr. Nick offers more than adjustments, he cares about my wholistic health and how everything is connected through the spine. He took the time to find the root of my health issues and help me address them instead of just chasing the symptoms. Dr. Nick cares for my entire family now and I see improvement in their quality of life as well.

I would highly recommend Nick's practice to anyone looking to get their spine and their life back on track. 2 years ago I rotated two of my vertebrae while deadlifting and lost the ability to do something as simple as put my shoes on. Nick took a holistic approach to what was going on, he performed full X-rays, identified the problem areas, including those I hadn't had issues with yet and within 3 months I was weightlifting and tying my shoes again. The practice is family run, with a few exceptions, and the whole family makes you feel welcome every time you walk in.
