Gouverneur Physical Therapy was founded in 2013 by Michael LaPierre, P.T. Michael graduated from Daemen College in 1996, and has since received extensive post-graduate education and experience concentrating on the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic, spine, and sports related injuries.
Michael, the owner of Northern New York Physical Therapy from 2002 to 2009, has built a reputation in the North Country for providing high quality physical therapy services and achieving successful outcomes with patients where others have failed.We know injuries can take both a physical and emotional toll, and that recovering from those injuries can be demanding and challenging.

We offer a wide variety of appointment times Monday-Friday in order to suit the busy lives of our patients.

Highly disappointed. Mom was going there, mind you she suffers from depression, so she needs encouragement and to be pushed to continue. These people do not have a clue how to handle someone that has mental health issues along with the need for therapy. Billed my parents insurance just to have mom walk up and back once or twice and that's it. I wouldn't suggest going here if you have depression etc. They are clueless
