Taylor from Platinum just washed my house/garage/and privacy fence. He got a quote to me in a timely fashion and proactively communicated with me. Came home from work and my house was sparkling and pristine ✨. I also didn’t realize the outside of your house could smell clean. The company is super professional and responsive. I asked for proof of insurance and he sent an email in under 5 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend, entirely worth the value.

Taylor was professional and did a great job. I received 3 quotes, he was the most reasonable and I could tell he took a lot of pride in his work. He came when he was supposed to and the house/fence look as good as new. A couple of weeks later I noticed the fascia on one of the roof arches had bent slightly and opened up. I reached out to him not knowing if it could have been caused by the pressure wash or not. He insisted that he didn't do it, and that he would've fixed it immediately if he had and I was convinced. Here's where he knocked it out of the park - he figured I didn't have a ladder tall

Taylor did an absolutely phenomenal job on a very large and difficult multi-story, residential property with multiple porches and severely neglected deck with badly stained vinyl railings. The job came out stunningly beautiful and he did it for a fair price. Taylor conducted himself with the utmost of professionalism and the end result backed up everything he said he’d be able to do. I am very pleased!!!
