I called and asked if they do gift baskets for a new baby, she had asked what kind of gift basket, then replied no they only do flowers, which is fine..When I asked her if I bought everything including the basket and wanted to purchase a few items from the store to add to it she replied that she would charge me for her time labor and for the basket! You are going to charge someone for a basket that they have bought, total rip off! I don't mind paying for your time to assemble and wrap it but charging for a basket when I said I would buy the basket plus buy things from the store to support this

A very dear friend passed away in Clovis NM. I wanted to pay a special tribute to him. I found a gorgeous flower arrangement {below right photo) on the Strickland Floral website and called from Idaho to order. I spoke with 'Donice' to emphasize that I wanted the arrangement to look like the photo. She told me she had to ensure that the variety of flowers and foliage were available. She called me back in less than 10 minutes and told me everything was available and that she could do it. On the left photo is the wonderful job she did. I was amazed that the only difference in the photo is the color

Outstanding service! I placed an order over the phone during the Thanksgiving rush, while out of the country. The customer service representative (I think Olivia) was able walk me through some of the specials and she pieced together a beautiful arrangement, with tons of ballooons. The flowers were delivered to my wife's job on time and under my budget!

This company went above and beyond. My hubby is deployed and had ordered some flowers. Unfortunately, the friend who was supposed to get them had something come up. Donice went out of her way to make sure I got them and I was none the wiser. She definitely did not have to do this and my husband would’ve never second guessed it but she made my day! The owner is AMAZING!! I couldn’t be there for the birth of my Granddaughter and complications arose. Everyone is fine but needed some cheering up and Donise went OVER AND ABOVE!!! She personally delivered the flowers to my daughter-in-laws door step along with a meal!!! I will forever be grateful! That is true customer service!! Thank You so much!!!
