WillowCreek is a privately-owned and operated Assisted Living and Memory Care community located in Lake City, Florida. After purchasing the facility from Still Waters West, WillowCreek Assisted Living & Memory Care was established in 2019 and is the sister facility of WillowBrook Assisted Living, also located in Lake City.
Life Is Good when dining at WillowCreek. Our dietary team prepares healthy and hearty comfort food that nourishes our residents and helps them feel at home. We have one large dining room for our Brookside and Creekside residents and a private dining room for our Keepsake residents. Both dining rooms offer the same great daily menus.
WillowCreek Assisted Living & Memory Care is committed to providing its residents with a home-like environment that maximizes their Independence, privacy and dignity. Our trained, compassionate and dedicated staff create a safe, healthy, and loving home environment for each resident. Our basic rates are all-inclusive of our services, amenities and community features.
