Services
Founded in 1999, John's Computer service was started with the customer in mind. After talking with with friends and family, one common compliant was that when they had an issue with technology, they were lost as to a resolution. Furthermore, when they took their equipment in for repair or diagnostic, they were meant with complicated explanations and options for repair they just didn't' understand.
We service individual as well as small business customers. Our technicians can repair or troubleshoot virtually all makes and models of PC's including Dell, HP, Compaq, Mac and all other brands of computers that are running any version of Microsoft Windows, including Windows Server editions. If you happen to be using an Apple computer, or running a distribution of Linux, we have you covered as well.
John has been in the computer business for over 19 years. He has a B.S. in Business Administration and a minor in Information Systems Technology from Bridgwater College. Johnathan has recently come to John's Computer Service. He has several years experience in the customer service field and is eager to help with any of your needs.
Sometimes, you aren't looking to buy the biggest and best system possible. Whatever the case, John's Computers has options to keep you going regardless of budget. Commonly, we keep used desktops, laptops, monitors, and limited equipment in stock. Below is our current stock. If you don't see something your looking for, give us a call and we can custom order refurbished systems.
First, let me state that our utmost concern is for the well being of our staff and clients. Secondly, we want to continue to provide our customers with the level of service they have come to expect. We will be initiating enhanced cleaning and sanitizing efforts on our equipment and any equipment that clients may drop off for repair.

These folks are incredibly kind and super talented. The communication about my computer issues was open and in terms I could understand. They fixed my ancient tablet computer and now it runs like new. I’m back to doodling with Photoshop on the regular. I also got tips on how to keep my computer healthy so I get the most life out of it possible. I’ll be back if I ever have issues again.

I brought my PC into their store to check out about a problem with overheating and a secondary less severe problem with an inability to turn on my PC after moving its location. They said they would call me before doing anything with an estimate. They didn't fix my problem, instead they found it in themselves to; update my drivers, scan for viruses, and uninstall my Norton Antivirus software making it so i have to pay again even with my PIN. This then furthered their incompetence by turning a frivolous sixty dollar bill into and additional forty-five for another year of Norton. I would not recommend

John's Computer Service brought my trusty but aged Dell PC back to
Like-New status after a serious infection caused it to run slower than molasses in January. The service charge was reasonable, down time minimal. I am most pleased with the way the computer is running again and equally pleased I found a Staunton computer repair shop I can in good faith recommend to others.
