I have stayed at this hotel twice in the winter and have been very surprised at the high level of accomodations for the price (off season rates). It's a hotel with lodge style finishes making it feel higher end. The rooms are updated, clean, cozy and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast is back and is the best complimentary breakfast buffet I have ever had at a hotel. Although not made to order, the options including real eggs, are plentiful and fresh with a cook on site. It's also a great location for visiting the Olympic National park with the entrance just minutes away.

Ok option for what's available in the town. Nice hotel layout and most rooms face the golf course. We were placed above the kitchen pantry door which unfortunately meant that starting at before 5am the door was being opened/slammed every few minutes. The room is not soundproof but the kitchen door design could be something they could fix easily. We tried to get a different room and this led to a strange outcome where we were told we would have to pack all our items, check out and then check back in later in the afternoon. This really wasn't convenient since we were already out for the

Update
A manager reached out after leaving a review with their automated system and promptly offered a fair resolution.

Advice
If you are looking to stay here and need a specific bed arrangement or a pet friendly room, call ahead and ensure they have them before showing up. Their inventory is not exactly what you would see on a 3rd party booking site.

We will give the Olympic Lodge another chance.

Total SCAM of a hotel. Serious OVERBOOKING problem.

Reserve at your own risk!

We booked 2 rooms with 4 total beds but they only had 2 rooms with 2 beds in different areas of the

After reading a couple of the reviews I was a bit skeptical about staying here. Glad I took that chance! First of all the location is great and being right off the golf course the views were beautiful. We arrived early and the staff was very accommodating and let us check in early. Each time a staff member was within eye contact they said hello or asked if they could make our stay more enjoyable. Beautiful room with very comfortable bed. We did not hear other guests unless they were right outside our door. We sat by the fire downstairs and totally relaxed. We will definitely be back the next time

Olympic Lodge provided a low quality service; In fact, almost no service at all. Our toilet was leaking. We reported it to the hotel reception was it was not repaired for two days. The grab and go breakfast was pathetic. It seemed they used COVID pandemic as an excuse to not provide any service.

Probably one of nicest hotels in Port Angeles. We had a top floor room with a view of a golf course and the Olympic Mountains. Very clean and friendly place with great decor.

I just want everyone to know that this is a good hotel. Maybe one of the few in the city...? The inside is pristine and comfortable. They have a nice pool and grab & go breakfast. (Too bad their restaurant is down right now because of covid cuz I bet it would have been great.)

Staff is really friendly and it's a good location to anything in the city.

Cute kitschy decor with nice comfortable rooms. Nice mattresses and duvet with plenty of pillows. Room was quiet. Breakfast left lots to be desired but seems like nicest spot outside of the park. Hot tub was closed when we were there but family enjoyed the pool. Enjoyed our time here!

The lodge is way overpriced for what they are charging. Room rate was $320 not including fees and services. We stayed here 3 nights. Pros: the outdoor pool and the staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Cons: you can hear through the walls and above. This is the one of the worst covid breakfast I've seen and we've stayed at places cheaper during Covid that provides hot. The other big con is the WiFi service. It did not work at peak times like Fri evening and most of Sat. At this price point WiFi and a hot breakfast (with fresh fruit) should be a given. They could at least have boiled

I really wanted to love this place, but the customer service was not there. When my friends and I went to check in, we were told it was going to be an extra $80 because we only booked the room for 2 people, not 4. Having made a strict budget for the trip (we were very close to saying at the super 8 next door and I kind of wish we had), this was quite the surprise. All four of us went in together, so it's not like we were trying to hide anything. We explained that we tried booking on two computers multiple times to book it for four and on each confirmation page it said 2 so we assumed it was

If there were 0 starts, that's what I would give...
Within 10 minutes of check-in a staff member came to check whether on "everything was ok?" We were merely unpacking our luggage and getting our kids (toddler girls) ready for bed. No loud TV, no loud music, nothing other than ordinary noise from unpacking and an occasional protest from a child not wanting to do something (brush teeth, change clothes, etc.) This annoyed me because it disrupted the bedtime routine and I found it rude, but I excused it because I figured the worker must not have known I just checked in.

Then the next

Nice rooms. Super clean!
Not too convenient for smokers - you have to be 50' from the building and there is no rain shelter. Love the fireplace in the lobby, but they let it go out most of the day (10am - 4pm!)
The restaurant across the street, Joshua's, is VERY good and serves breakfast all day.

My mom and I stayed here last July. I booked the spot last minute. I had a difficult time deciding between this spot and a few others in the area, and I'm glad I chose this one!

The staff is very friendly. Check in/out was hassle free and took less than 5 minutes. The place was quiet and relaxing. The rooms were really nice and cozy and I enjoyed spending time on the back patio. If you're passing through on a trip of the peninsula, I definitely recommend Olympic Lodge!

The Lodge itself is adequate, nothing above average but fairly clean and up to date. The pool was closed due to covid, this was never mentioned when we booked the rooms.
The reason for my poor review was the lack of curtesy shown at check in and subsequent interactions with front desk staff member "Gabby". We arrived around 3:30pm and asked to check in. We received a lengthy lecture about how all rooms were not available until 4:00pm due to housekeeping short staffing. After asking several times if she would check with housekeeping to see if our room were ready, she finally relented

I stayed here this last weekend. It had its pros and cons. The Pros first, the room was nice with rustic decor, very nice! It was clean when we checked in, the staff was friendly but my favorite people were the ones in the restaurant. Due to COVID 19 I had the restaurant to myself. The waitress was really great and friendly! She recommended some beaches for us to check out. And the guy cooking made a great Omelette I expected no pool or hot tub, which was understandable due to the circumstances

Now the cons, the room was never cleaned after check in. I thought maybe due to COVID 19 but they

Convenient hotel to Hurricane Ridge and nice check-in staff (Emily and Shannon were awesome!) but not worth the money if you're just trying to get to Olympic National Park. Might want to check options in Sequim because Port Angeles doesn't have many others.

We were at the Lodge for 2 nights and the first night both of our sinks were unusable and clogged. One of the sinks was filled with dirt or coffee grounds (see picture). We paid more to upgrade to a different room and one sink was clogged there.

It's worth mentioning that the internet is also unusable. I called the staff both
