Josie Lee LMT, is a fully insured and licensed Massage Therapist that has always had an interest in healing through massage and bodywork. Even before ever enrolling in massage school she found herself offering shoulder rubs to anyone that showed signs of discomfort, pain or fatigue. In fact, it was her now husband that made the suggestion for her to pursue massage as a career because of how much she had helped him even at an amateur level.

At Wellness First Therapeutic Massage, we take care to provide our patients high quality services personalized for their unique needs. 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

Josie is truly a gifted masseuse! I had heard directly from several clients that her skills were wonderful and now I know from direct experience. I felt better than I have in a long time! Her massage table is also extremely comfortable and the best I've encountered in terms of accommodating a range of body types.
