We moved into a home about 3 months ago. Our ac has not been cooling. We finally broke down and called an ac company who wanted a lot of money to fix it. We called ECS because they installed the unit. We called after hours and they advised to call back the next morning when they opened because 1) it would save us money and 2) if we called right at 7:30 they could probably get us in the same day. They sure did. We called into the office . Not only got in the same day but they also gave us the number to the manufacturer of the unit so we could have the warranty switched to our names because we were

This is a update to a review that I wrote 2 months ago. About a week after leaving a 5 star review I noticed that the attic door and stairs to the area that houses the air handler they installed was chipped and not put back on correctly, we contacted Ed's and they sent Brandon out to look at it and he said they would get it fixed. It is now over two months later and they have not sent someone out to fix it. This is not how you treat a customer that spent over 6000.00 dollars on a new HVAC system.

I have used Ed's for 20 years. I had an issue the other day at our house with cooling. We have my sister here under hospice care. I called Eds and i could not believe the response time - they were here in 15 minutes. The tech was professional and got us all up and running. I cant say enough of how much that meant. thanks guys.

I recently moved into a home just off Amelia Island ( I couldn't afford anything nice on the island.) About a year after I moved in the air conditioning system went on the fritz. I called another company and they wanted $7000 to replace the whole system. OMG that's a lot for a system that I had just spent $1000 in repairs.
