Please note: The Clean Air Act regulation (§608(b)(1)) and §608(c)) prohibits releasing any refrigerants into the atmosphere, and requires any person handling refrigerants to follow specific procedures. Runde Metal Recycling REQUIRES that our customers sign a statement certifying that all refrigerants have been properly removed (40 CFR §82).

These thieves, so called business owners bought my car that was stolen didn’t ask for a title. Then they scrapped it! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!!!
Called and had a few questions, and the young “lady” I spoke to, was very rude. She hung up on me. Wanted to scrap a car, but definitely going with a company who can answer questions and phone calls professionally. I was specifically told to “go there” when I mentioned another offer I received. Then the call was ended. I was making inquires about prices and how they are calculated, as I have two more vehicles I wanted to be rid

I would not recommend this place for anyone unless, your ok with very poor service and very little if any respect . The lady who answers the phone has got to lose them business by the dump loads, I will always stay far from here and I'll never reccomend any one give these people any business. If the review dont steer you clear I would bet the one and only time you go there will be lesson enough.

Horrible business/customer service. Had my vehicle scheduled to be picked up on 12/20 for $50. They didn't show on the 20th, nor call. 21st comes and goes and still no word from Runde. 22nd comes and goes so I call again in the afternoon to remind them of our previous agreement. They finally come late on the 22nd and mail me a check for $36. I would not recommend this place for any services.

I was quoted $1.15 a pound for scrap brass
But after I got my receipt they only paid me $1.00. And never said anything to me. When i called and asked why they said because I had magnetic metal mixed with it. But that was a lie. They scammed and swindled me out of $39.00. I will tell everyone to watch out for them.
