We offer multiple styles of gorgeous linens in hundreds of colors, sizes and shapes! Available for round, rectangular or square tables, napkins, runners and more! Please note that while we have an extensive inventory in-house, some styles and/or colors may require at least 10 business days notice in advance of your event.
We proudly offer four different styles of tents in a wide range of sizes to accommodate the needs of any event, big or small. Tent rental pricing includes setup and teardown. I am so happy to have found this rental company! I am so spoiled from my rental company in California that when I decided to open shop in Arizona, I was worried I wouldn't find anyone as good as what I had. So coming across Event Rents was a blessing ( I had tried other rental companies first). Martha is super helpful! Loading and unloading is easy as well, the guys are quick to help! Thank You again!

I honestly can't say enough good things about this company. We have used them for multiple events - and something always seems to come up where we need last minute changes. They always go above and beyond to assist us. Patrick is such a wonderful coordinator and he's been so amazing to work with. They've definitely earned our business for years to come.

We made the great choice of hiring Event Rents for all our wedding rental needs. Julie and the rest of the Event Rents staff were an absolute pleasure to work with! They made the whole process very smooth and easy, which I greatly appreciated (since I had never rented anything for an event before and being the bride is quite stressful). We were able to get tables, chairs, table clothes, plates, napkins, glasses, cutlery, a dance floor, a beautiful bar, a CO2 beer dispenser, a tent (in case it rained, which it did), and many other things with ease.

Julie and her husband Brad are some incredible owners to work with here at Event Rents. Their staff is solid in terms of delivering and communication and they have been such a consistent company for quite a long time in Spokane. The warehouse of inventory is HUGE!

While Event Rents does have a wonderful selection of event rental needs be careful. Make them do the site visit they say they must do even if you are located miles away as we were. Their lack of attention to their side of the "contract" left us spending over $300 more out of our own pocket because they failed in the true customer service-delivering as promised. A phone call and email brought no response from the formerly very friendly communicating owner. They had our money, they no longer needed to respond or give the service they promised. Renters beware.
