Jonah was very professional and explained all the repairs in detail, found and corrected areas we couldn't locate. Their team headed up by Robert showed up on time and ready to work and explained everything he was going to do before the work was started. The job was done with professionalism and care so when they left, you couldn't tell they were even there. I am extremely happy about the reasonable price, work, and professionalism that was extended to me. I would highly recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

I have used Texas Waterboys for over 15 years. That should give you an indication of how impressed I am with them. In this case, I had an issue with my sump pump that could have caused flooding. I left a message shortly before they opened and an hour after they opened they were at the house. The issue was resolved quickly.

Great job guys!!! Carlos and Josh added a new zone separating a single zone with low pressure into 2 zones. I now have a drip irrigation zone and a back yard zone. The job was done exactly as planned and very professionally.

Professional from start to finish. Excellent office contact, appointment communication, and on-time. It was a tough job with old tree roots to dig out. Robert and his partner were obviously pros and I was at ease the whole way. Not true with others that have had work on the sprinkler system. Also repaired drainage system once discovered. Clean up was perfect. Cost very reasonable for quality received. Perfection!

Robert and Candito were at my house today to help us figure out a leak in our irrigation system. They quickly figured out the problem and were able to get it repaired. They also located several other issues and took care of them all in a timely manner. Besides being very professional they were also good about explaining what they needed to do. They were hard working and friendly. If I need irrigation work in the future I will use Texas Waterboys and specifically ask for Robert and Candito because they are top notch!

Josh was great! He fixed a leak we had in the back yard and got our sprinkler system up and running for the year! Was professional and very good at explaining things out to me (previous maintenance people didn’t explain the jargon at all or ignored me bc I’m a female) and he made sure to inform me every step of the way what he was doing, as well as made some recommendations on how to adjust our sprinkler head position to optimize our watering without watering the neighbors’ lawn. Definitely recommend!

Excellent service by knowledgeable and professional staff. Our sprinkler system had several problems, so I contacted Texas Waterboys, who gave us an appointment for 3 or 4 days later. The appointment confirmation email clearly stated their hourly labor rates so I knew ahead of time how much the repairs might cost.
The technicians who came out were very professional and very knowledgeable, and after the initial inspection they explained their findings to me, and walked me through the repairs which were needed, and then confirmed that I consented to have them do the work. They completed the inspection
