We firmly believe that architects should be involved at the beginning of every project. Pre-design services help clients make more educated decisions, and coordination between necessary teams becomes that much easier. Our projects are broken up into three phases. The first and last are hourly based, while the second works off a fixed fee.

I have worked with Kartik Patel, the founder of Archevon for many years across multiple projects. He designed and oversaw the construction of the main facility for the non-profit I helped co-found called India Community Center. He was the architect for our dream home which we built about six years ago in the Fremont Hills and helped design and oversaw the construction as well as landscaping. There are many good architects and designers in the world but a rare few who are not just very good at what they do but it truly is their IKIGAI i.e. their reason to be. Kartik's love for design is evident
