AVOID. SCAMMERS. I purchased a Groupon for this business and am 3/6 treatments in. I got a call today that the owners - specifically sylvia- have just decided that they no longer want to partner with Groupon and aren't honoring ANY purchases - even if already started. I'll have to start over with a new salon, and can only expect Groupon points as a… refund??? If they're like this with my purchase and care, what will they be like for yours?? RUN away from this company.

I’ve been a customer for years at this place and this is my first experience with the unprofessional behavior I endured today. I had a 5:30 appointment and called to explain I missed my exit but I was very close. I was told after 10 minutes past my appointment I could no longer be accepted. Mind you, their policy has always provided a 15-minute grace period. I showed up at 5:41and was turned away. I upset for three reasons:
1) When I have showed up to an appointment on time, I usually had to wait because one of the techs were behind but I would just smile and tell them it was okay. Sometimes

I am now on my third treatment of laser hair removal and I am in love with this spa! The equipment and facilities are clean and tastefully decorated and the staff is always very friendly and professional. Christina V was amazing at explaining the whole process and she is very efficient, making the whole experience quick and relatively pain free. I saw almost no hair growth after my last treatment (2 of 6 total) for my underarms and what hair did end up growing was so fine you couldn’t even tell it was there. This med spa is very unprofessional. I say this because I have experience dealing with Flawless on there careless mistakes on scheduling numerous times. Lets start with May 31, they schedule me a appointment for that day only to reschedule weeks later because they would be closed on Memorial Holiday. They reschedule me to June 03. I received a email and text message confirming rescheduling of the appointment at that time. I also schedule a appointment for July 08. I show up for my appointment on June 03, they tell me I don't have a appointment for today that my appointment is July 08. I show them

Great service, and the people are always very friendly. I am doing laser hair removal treatments and I would definitely recommend them for that. The only issue I have with them is in regards to communication. I’ve been trying to call and for the past week and no one answers. I’ve left voicemails and got no response. My issue was solved online, but I wish they were better at answering phones. They weren’t always like that, so I hope this will be fixed soon.

Today was my first here thanks to my hubby getting me a groupon for three microdermabrasion or a chemical peel. I got parking right in front, and it was empty. My first impression was that it was clean and modern looking. It was peaceful and The girl in the front was nice and professional. they took me in right on my appointment time! No wait!… Today I got a microdermabrasion and it was ahhhhmazing by Denise! She was very informative and knows what she’s doing! Felt comfortable, she was honest and very professional!
