I have always placed priority on doing work that I find meaningful. I love helping people. That is why I chose to be a "full-time volunteer" with Habitat for Humanity and why I was delighted to be a job coach for adults with developmental disabilities. However, when my non-profit work became middle-management my stress began to multiply and my enjoyment lessened.
At True Massage in Niceville, you won't find an extensive list of services with varying prices. We keep it simple. Each and every massage is customized for you- and we don't charge extra for things like deep tissue or the use of essential oils. We take the time to get to know you, your goals and expectations for your massage session.
At True Massage, we encourage making massage a routine part of your life to help you maximize the amazing benefits including reducing stress, easing muscle tension & pain, improving immunity, decreasing feelings of depression & anxiety, and improving joint mobility. With consistency, these benefits become more like a lifestyle than a fleeting feeling after a massage.

What can I say? The massage was absolutely perfect! I scheduled an appointment online - the interface was very easy to use, and I received an email confirmation which I appreciated. I arrived about 15 min before my appointment time and was immediately seen and called back for a standard consultation to discuss anything related to the treatment. What a fantastic massage! Kim does wonderful work, listens carefully, and responds thoughtfully. I am very happy and will be back. Thank you again.
