Services
Please give at least a one week notice before going into storage. Hazardous Waste Fee, Prop Repairs, Not Leaving Key Fee and/or Ramp Fee/State Launch. If we determine the haul is heavily stained, you'll be charged an additional $3/foot for cleaning. All balances must be paid in full before the boat may be removed from storage.

I am absolutely blown away with how horrible this business is run. The two running this place are nothing shy of rude. They get away with lying to customers repeatedly and simply did nothing of what they said they were going to do to my boat this season. I will not be doing business here anymore after this season even though it is the closest to me. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Do not waste your time here.

The boat was to be detailed before we picked it up. It wasn't. I had pictures to prove it.
The popup room was to be fixed before pickup. It wasn't. I called back in 3 times and finally made a trip into the dealership to get the part. I was given the wrong part.
I received a letter from the PA Fish and Boat commission requesting another $10 to complete registration. I contacted the dealer yet again. This hasn't been remedied as of today.
And today, yet another problem, I received a letter from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Bureau of Motor Vehicles stating that

Overstocked on boat storage no help in getting your boat out or putting the proper size boats in the proper size areas that they have available and the boats are literally blocked by other boats most of the time. just doesn't seem very well organized haven't personally dealt with any of the people so I can't really say anything negative outside of just how over run they're storage is.

This place is a joke Bonnie has been taking money from unsuspecting people for years. She sold a boat for me. Told me I was offer $1500 less than I was asking. I took the deal. I found out later from the person who bought it that they paid $2500 more than what I was asking. I was took nothing I can do now. I will never do business here again.
