Anyone can learn the trade and call himself or herself a contractor. But at Davis Heating & Air, it's about much more. It's about honoring the name and legacy that our founders worked so hard to build. It's about growing and changing with the times to benefit our customers. And at the end of the day, it's about making your space comfier, safer and more enjoyable for the years to come.
Davis Heating & Air was originally founded by W.D. Davis as Davis Sheet Metal. Since 1988, the company has been under the direction of grandson Ben Parcell. As a third-generation company, we instill family values into everything we do. Integrity, dedication and professionalism are what define Davis and keep us moving forward as both a company and a family.

Services
For generations, we have made homes comfier and families happier with our trusted HVAC services. Now, we're ready to do the same for you. We're here to carry the torch for your comfort. Through every situation, we have the training, tools and experience to properly service your equipment and keep your space at its coziest.
During the winter, your home is a sanctuary for warmth. But when something goes wrong with your heater, that cozy feeling goes right out the window. That's when it's time to call Davis Heating & Air. Working with furnaces for many years, we know how to quickly diagnose your equipment and bring back all of the warmth you've lost.
Heating your home during the winter is a marathon, not a sprint. But when your heater just can't keep up, it may be time to switch gears and consider a new furnace installation. When your furnace has shut down altogether and is beyond repair, it's clear that you need to replace it. But what about when your system is still working, just not as good as it once did?
Is the furnace or heat pump acting unusual or are you just imagining things? Unless your unit has stopped working completely, it isn't always easy to detect a problem. If it's not broken, don't fix it, right? If you notice anything unusual with your heater, there's likely something wrong with it. After working with furnaces and heat pumps for nearly 75 years, we know these problems don't correct themselves.
Anything that is subjected to wear and tear needs some occasional TLC. Think about your car's need for a regular tune-up, the outside of your home that needs a power washing, or even yourself and that annual checkup at the doctor. The same logic applies to your furnace, whether it's fueled by gas, oil, or electricity.

Excellent service from start to finish. The office staff was friendly, responsive, and efficient in setting the appointment and following up. Jonathan and Lee, the technicians, arrived on-time and were polite and professional. They diagnosed the problems and got everything fixed and performing well. We are very happy with Davis and will call them for all of our heating and A/C services. Highly recommend!

We have called out several HVAC companies for a price on a system to help cool our home. Maybe its just our experience with Contractors in general, but either they don't need the money or they just don't care about business.
In the old days, if someone was in sales, they seemed like they would hound you until they received an answer. And even then, some didn't stop.
We have called five different companies out to our house for prices. A couple of days later, only one of them had the courtesy to follow up on the paperwork he left us. We asked him to give us another week and he
