Beautiful store. Hello at front door..we walked around the clothing area for maybe 20 minutes. Never saw a soul in that department. Finally asked if I needed help when I picked up a piece of luggage in parts. Never greeted in the motorcycles. Looked like only one salesman and he was talking to someone

I've been to several Harley dealerships and this one is the best in my opinion. Nice building, and wide selection ,competitive prices.

Excellent service very poor time management! Ppl nor techs here know how to manage time but expect you to pay for there poorly manage time. Was there 2hrs just to get a front tire change and charge me for 1.2 hrs and said that's average!
My advice go to another harley dealer because these ppl only want your money!

As always I had an awesome experience here. Nothing but positive things to say about Heart of Dixie, especially the service department. They went above and beyond for my old Evo Road King.

After spending a considerable amount of time shopping for a bike at various dealers I wanted to give a more concise review of my experience with this dealership. My original review was a bit critical, due primarily to my lack of experience working with dealers when buying a new bike. Let me elaborate:
Dealership: Original review was that this was a typical Harley Dealership, however after visiting a few others out of the area, I would say it is above average. Welcoming staff with good selection of bikes and gear, an overall comfortable environment to shop.
Finance: They definitely did not mess

This place has got it all. Best bike selection, friendliest staff, knowledgeable parts and service departments all with an awesome store front and showroom! I have bought several bikes over the years and would never consider buying from another location. The GM, Mike, does a fantastic job with his team and has customer service nailed down! No matter what department of the store you are visiting, you will not be let down. I've always had nothing but the best experience with this dealer over the years. I just purchased a 2021 Ultra Limited and my salesman Lee Arnold and GM Mike DeSantis went out of their way to make me happy. These guys have customer service figured out and I highly recommend them for sales, parts, or service.

I have been around and dealing with Heart of Dixie for along time now. The experience I had with this purchase was just amazing from sales and financing to parts department and service. Had a great time here. Attended the 2018 Alabama State Arm Wrestling tournament. Was a great competition. I hope they get to have it there again next year. If so I will defiantly be coming back. Thanks to the business and the director for putting on such a great event.
